All the comforts of home are here, all new furnishings, bamboo poster bed, organic natural rubber mattress with adjustable base, full Simmons futon mattress in living room, fully-equipped kitchen brand new kitchen with granite countertops, shellstone tile throughout, two televisions with VCR/DVD players, CD player, board games, CDs, and videos.

You will have easy access to the white sand beach, and beautiful pool area, which are just steps down from the patio, no elevator to wait for!

Here is your fun "To DO" list while vacationing here:
shelling, dolphin watching, fishing at the nearby pier, discovering the local waterfront eateries, take the trolley to town, visit Sanibel/Captiva just fifteen minutes away, take a stroll (just a block away!) to The Pink Shell Resort and Spa. There you can have lunch at one of their 2 island themed open-air restaurants serving fresh seafood with a view of the Gulf, your favorite tropical drink at Bongo's pool-side bar, Starbucks Coffee at The Hungry Pelican grocery store, or to The Aquagene Spa for pampering.   • My wife and I stayed at the kona breeze may 13 -20. The condo was all that we expected it to be ( very very romantic and cozy and right on the beach.)It was like our second honey moon. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning and relaxing on the beach. The condo was will decorated and very clean.The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept on.It was very close within walking distance to time square and the pier. I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. The owner is very nice and easy to work with.I would rate it a perfect 10. Everyone staying there was very nice also.

  • Dear Lisa, the first time in 2004 was great. This time (3 weeks in Nov. 2008) was even better. Organisation perfect, condo clean, cute, equipement more than we needed. Location excellent for everyone who loves it quite. We have enjoyed to have coffe in the morning and to greet the dolphins. And after a walk on the beach (access just a few steps down) to swim in the heated pool. To watch sunsets from balcony was really relaxing. Once again: Telling this to our friends sounds like a fairy-tale. We hope we can enjoy this again. Hans & Uta

  • My husband and I stayed in September 2008 for the second time in this condo and we now feel like this is our home away from home. There were dolphins frolicking in the gulf almost every day and the water was bath water temperature. We walked to Times Square for dinner (we recommend the Yucatan-yummy!)and saw such beautiful sunsets. Thank you Lisa for allowing us the use of your great condo!

  • We were fortunate enough to find Kona Breeze for a July 2008 visit. What a Gem this place is. And to say "right on the beach" is an understatement. You walk down the steps and you on the beach. The condo is decorated very, Very well and has everything you need. And the bed is the most comfortable Bed we have ever slept on. The owner is great to deal with and you won't Be disappointed with the property. We will definitely be back!

  • Stayed at Kona Breeze between 24 November to 1 December 2007 and we LOVED it! The location is just fantastic and we spent lots of time on the balcony watching the world go by. Kona Breeze is perfect for a romantic couple who want to get away from it all - we just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back next year for 2-3 weeks.

    Hi Lisa, Just arrived home from The Kona and thought I would send this note thanking you. Your place was beautiful and everything you said it was. My family had a super holiday and the condo made it everything we needed in a great area of Fort Myers Beach close to Times Square. The sunsets from the beach were amazing and it was so relaxing.
