Right on the beach!

We are very happy with the condition of the condo and the condominium. The condo is updated, furniture is top quality like the King bed which is a Tempur-pedic with adjustable mattress, very comfy. You can't get closer to the beach, in fact there are some neighbors buildings that are farther from the water. You can see the beach from the dinning area , kitchen window and even from the bedroom bed. The area is great too, walking distance to the Pier and Times Square, which is full with restaurants and beach related business. We always rent through VRBO tree or four times per year, two of those on the gulf coast, we always go to different places and we rate this condo as one of the best due mostly to the location. We certainly recommend this condo to anyone and the owner Lisa was very nice to talk to. We had a great time and we would like to come back.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Gorgeous Two Weeks

This unit was an absolute piece of heaven. The second floor location was perfect for watching the sunsets, people on the beach, boats going by. We even had an umbrella to block the sun on the balcony if we wanted. The pool was great. All the people in this complex are very friendly and very considerate of their neighbors. The unit was very clean when we arrived. There was even a cute little starter kit of lotion, shampoo and body gel in the bathroom in a towel made into a fan. The proximity to Times Square was awesome. We made a few trips for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even ice cream in the eveing. We ate at the Plaka, Yucatan and Smokin Oyster Brewery and Nervous Nellies. Enjoyed those places. Didn't much care for the buffet breakfast at the Pink Shell. Mantanza's is also very nice. Had a a small issue but Lisa responded very promptly. We felt well taken care of here. The size is perfect for 2 people and maybe a small child. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

What a vacation!

We spent 2 weeks at this little piece of Paradise. It was exactly as described, complete with jumping dolphins! Everything was just as promised and our experience here was A1. Very clean and a perfect space for 2 people. The view was outstanding, the best we have ever experienced anywhere in our travels. The North end of the island, including Times Square and beautiful Bowditch Park, both within easy walking distance, was a vibrant, fun filled atmosphere, but also peaceful and relaxing. Here, you can find any atmosphere you may be seeking out. It's also the perfect jumping off spot for exploring more of Florida. When we returned from a day or two of travelling, it really was like coming home. The shelling was fantastic and I came home with 8 Gladware containers FULL of beautiful shells, including 38 alphabet cones! (As a sheller knows, that's a very big deal !!:) Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your home with us and allowing us to feel like we had the very best spot on that gorgeous strip of beach.

Just like the posting says .... Everything was great and within walking distance ... Lisa is great to work with and her condo couldn't be any closer to the beach and the pool ... We stayed for a week then caught the "Express" to Key West ... We're going back this March.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We recently returned from 1 week at Kona Breeze. Although the weather did not really cooperate, we still had a great time. It is so convenient to walk to Time Square and beyond! The beach was fantastic and we put several miles of it under our feet! The unit is small, but has everything one could want - we cooked in a few times and found everything we needed. Neighbors were great! Hopefully we'll be back in the future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at the Kona Breeze for 2 1/2 weeks. Loved it, close to everything. Sitting out on the balcony and watching the dolphins and everything else on the beach was fun. Also the pool was clean and the condo was perfect for 2 people. Lisa was very nice. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the condo included 2 beach bikes. We did find some very cheap though at the flea markets so spent every morning and every late afternoon biking on the beach from one end to the other. It was beautiful!

My wife and I stayed at the kona breeze may 13 -20. The condo was all that we expected it to be ( very very romantic and cozy and right on the beach.)It was like our second honey moon. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning and relaxing on the beach. The condo was will decorated and very clean.The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept on.It was very close within walking distance to time square and the pier. I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. The owner is very nice and easy to work with.I would rate it a perfect 10. Everyone staying there was very nice also.

We had the most wonderful time staying in this lovely condo!!! The view from the balcony is really scenic, facing a wide beach. The condo is very cosy and beautifully furnished. Everything was clean and we did not miss a thing. We almost felt like being at home during our stay. This condo is definitely worth recommending and we would love to come back soon! Dear Lisa, the first time in 2004 was great. This time (3 weeks in Nov. 2008) was even better. Organisation perfect, condo clean, cute, equipement more than we needed. Location excellent for everyone who loves it quite. We have enjoyed to have coffe in the morning on balcony and to greet the dolphins. And after a walk on the beach (access just a few steps down) to swim in the heated pool. To watch sunsets from balcony was really relaxing. Once again: Telling this to our friends sounds like a fairy-tale. We hope we can enjoy this again. Hans & Uta

We were fortunate enough to find Kona Breeze for a July 2008 visit. What a Gem this place is. And to say "right on the beach" is an understatement. You walk down the steps and you on the beach. The condo is decorated very, Very well and has everything you need. And the bed is the most comfortable Bed we have ever slept on. The owner is great to deal with and you won't Be disappointed with the property. We will definitely be back!

Great ocean front 2nd floor unit w/balcony. The place was clean, not spotless.. Owner has nicely upgraded.Pool area is nice but not large.

. Very nicey decorated. We went there on our Honeymoon and it was such a nice spot. Pool and ocean... Nice little Condo. Perfect for two.
