The property is located 4 miles from the ferry landing and 7 miles from town. From the house, it is a half-mile walk to Westsound's Marina and Public Dock as well as the Westsound Café. The property is highlighted by extensive gardens and decorative ponds. In fact, it was the hit of the 2005 Orcas Island Garden Tour.
But there's so much more to enjoy including:
· An 8 person hot tub
· A large swimming pond, connected to the house by a dock
· A one mile nature trail
· Seasonal fruit trees and berries
· An extensive labyrinth cut into the pasture

The rental, renovated in 2007, is a contemporary cedar log home. It is both spacious yet comfortably cozy. It has four large, private bedrooms, three private baths and a fully-equipped kitchen that adjoins a large living room with picture windows looking out on the dock and pond. Skylights in every bedroom allow for viewing of stars before drifting off to sleep. French doors open up from the dining room onto a spacious deck overlooking large organic garden.
There is also a large yoga/exercise/dance studio available for your use. Wireless internet access is available. |
