This is a 100 sq meter 2 bedroom/2bath condo situated in the Sierra Madre condo complex. The bedrooms are substantial with ample closet space. There is a galley kitchen with large dining and living areas. The condo comes with a full stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and all necessary items for cooking and dining. There is a color TV with satellite feed. This is a very well maintained complex with it's own pool, entertainment center, WiFi access and bocce court. There is direct access to the Club Santiago golf course from the complex grounds and the ocean and beach club are approximately 2 blocks away. Renters have full access to the beach club, which has it's own pool, beach showers, bar and small cafe. You can spend the whole day on the beach using the loungers that are provided by the club. When you are ready for dinner, the Oasis restaurant is adjacent to the beach club and offers a full dinning menu and lounge. There are a number of small stores within easy walking distance for any of you grocery needs and major shopping (Wal Mart, Starbucks etc.) is a short 10 min drive or bus ride away.

The condo was clean and comfortable and had all of the things that we required for a good break. The swimming pool was especially nice. A short walk to a spectacular beach with good swimming Will go there again. PeterRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed this suite. It is very spacious, plenty cool enough at night without AC and nice comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked great. The grounds were very tidy and the outside staff were quick to respond to any issues. The maid was very friendly and helpful too. I recommend this suite if you want to go to mexico and get away from the resort atmosphere. Santiago Golf Course is one minute away and is only $180 for 4 rounds if you prepay. The owner was extremely professional and helpful. Thank-you.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I just spent a week at this lovely condo. It was very clean and well maintained with all the amenities of home. The kitchen had lots of good dishes, pots & pans, knifes, and good variety of glasses. The appliances were all in good working order. The beds are comfy and shower always had lots of hot water. We could watch Canadian Starchoice TV for the news and weather. It was just so comfortable and homey, we loved it. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept, and the saltwater pool large and clean. There is a golf course right beside the complex and we ate lunch there a few times ...it was very convenient and the burgers were great. The owners of the condo , Nancy & Kym, were very kind and helpful. We would definitely return again and recommend renting this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I just spent a week in this very nice second floor condo. The unit was very clean and well appointed, it just felt very comfortable and homey. The kitchen was well stocked (dishes, cutlery, knives, pots, pans, assorted drinking glasses, coffee mugs) and appliances all in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and each room had large closet with lots of hangers which was a bonus. The bathrooms were in good condition and plenty of hot water for showers. The condo's Star Choice TV was great for catching news and weather from home (Saskatchewan). The internet services was excellent, we never had any problems with it.The pool and grounds were immaculate and beautiful. There is a golf course club house just feet away and we had lunch there a few times -- the burgers were very good. There are a few other restaurants that are good in the area. Overall, we found Club Santiago to be a fairly quiet neighbourhood. If you are golfers, this would also be a great place to come. The condo owners, Kym and Nancy were very kind and helpful which we appreciated. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

About the owner: My family and I are originally from the Saskatchewan Canada but moved to Kamloops British Columbia in 1990 until now. I worked for the British Columbia Lottery Corporation up until retiring in April of 2010. I have a wife, 2 daughters and a son in law. I enjoy golf, home renovations and adventure motorcycling and most recently completed a trip to Prudoe Bay (Arctic Ocean) in Alaska. We love to escape winter and come to Mexico but we are not in a position to spend more than a few weeks at a time in our condo.
Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo:
Friends of ours have had a vacation property here for years and had gone on about how wonderful it was to visit. We came down to spend time with them and found it to be as wonderful as they had lead us to believe. A property became available shortly after that and we took advantage of the opportunity.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There were a few things that drew us to this location. We had vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for a number of years but didn't enjoy how commercial it had become and we wanted to see more of the true Mexican life. We found this area to be much less commercial than some of the other vacation areas on the west coast. The complex is very well looked after and the pool and grounds are well manicured. Then finally, the beach! It was flat with a gradual decline, great for swimming and it seems like you can walk forever.
