This unit is on the 41st floor (one floor below the penthouse) of one of Waikiki's best buildings and has stunning, panoramic views of the Ala Wai Harbor, the ocean, Waikiki, and Diamond Head. This unit was completely remodeled in 2012 and boasts brand new, modern baths and kitchen, central A/C, washer/dryer, broadband Wi-Fi and all new appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The building offers a pool, gym, spa, bbq area, and excellent access to both Ala Moana and Waikiki. About: We are a family sailors who fell in love with Hawaii on our first Pacific voyage in 1998-1999. In 2005 we decided to make a land based commitment to the islands, and bought this condo as a vacation home.
