  I have been to Miami Beach before and was hesitant upon going back, until I stumbled upon this fantastic condo right in South Beach. It was Art Basel week, which made it almost impossible to get a hotel. BUT luckily I found this place and was so relieved! It was much better than staying in a crowded and loud hotel with a bunch of party people. The combination of the beautiful condo, the buildings amenities, and the prime location was a mega score. The condo was really spacious with an aesthetically pleasing decor. The master bedroom bed was big enough for a family of four! Plus there was what they call a "bouch"in the balcony(a couch) with a view of the ocean, huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a full spa and gym on the 30th floor with beautiful 360 degree views, a 2 minute walk to the beach, swimming pool and hot tub, valet parking, and a security gate entrance. The kicker was the quick service from the downstairs convenience store and food delivery from all the great restaurants , plus Joes Stone Crab is a rock throw away!) I hope this place is available next time I visit South Beach.

  I rented this apartment for the week. It was located in the hip "South of 5th" section of South Beach. It was the perfect size. One luxurious bedroom with an elevated King Size bed, connected to a balcony with another bedstyle couch with a perfect western exposure to catch the sunset over the bay. 2 full bathrooms made it easy for me to have guests over for a dinner party. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi with a flat screen TV above it. There are two more giant flat screen TVS as well. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. The decor was contemporary bali style, so it feels very much like your "uber cool" home away from home rather than a rental apartment. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Wow!!! My weekend in Miami is definitely rated as being the top of the list on best holiday experiences -largely based on this spectacular condo I had the privilege of staying in! Although being central and close to all my favorite restaurants and beaches, it was difficult leaving the apartment and the beautiful view! The Sleeping Porch, which we liked to call, 'Bouch' was absolutely spectacular and every moment captured in this room was just perfect! I do not think the listing photos accurately reflect the rentals appearance as no photograph could truly do the place justice. The apartment is well maintained and looked after. Staying in this condo gives you the luxury and security of staying at a 5 star hotel yet its the comfort and privacy of your own place. The owner was very welcoming as well as responsive toward questions with regards to the stereo system. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Miami! With the personal touches and taste of the owner...the decor of the apartment has a simplistic and spiritual ambience which is a clear break away from an ordinary hotel room.Taking into account the location as well as the apartment I would have to go as far as to guaranteeing an amazing experience to anyone who chooses to make this place their holiday hub.

  I was fortunate enough to find this gem of a property that offers astounding views of the ocean, bay and city right on the southern tip of south beach. With an indoor and outdoor bouch (bed/couch) I have to admit that I didn't spend much time investigating the surrounding areas. The apt was stylishly decorated, felt comfortable and clean unlike so many overly used rentals. All appliances were working and all linens were supplied and in excellent condition. Aside from the cabana boy bringing me drinks to the patio bouch..... I could have not asked for more!
