Nightly Rates .. $100-$160/night (two-night minimum).
Weekly Rates .. $650-$1200/week.
Monthly Rates .. $2000-$2800/month (four weeks).
Full Payment to confirm reservation and prior to arrival.
$40 cleaning fee per rental.
10% discount for repeat customers and military.
