Apartment has latest design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, eat-in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area, a large master suite, a spacious guest bedroom, 2 full-size baths including an oversized stall shower, up-scale fixtures, and soaking tub. The unit includes a relaxing large screened-in terrace with panoramic views . There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. A deposit of $750 is due with reservation. A rental fee of $3385 plus a $160 transfer fee, and a $195 turn around departure fee is due and payable in full 2 weeks in advance of arrival. Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 200 channel cable-HDTV, a separate sound bar, use of all amenities as well as parking. It is also located near the NY Yankee training facility, EPCOT center, and Disney World in Orlando,, among other resort destinations.
