This classic, comfortable Sunriver vacation home is located off Ponderosa, and is located right on the bike path, which offers quick access to paved bike trail system that traverses the area. The house features three adult bikes, a tandem bike, and two children's bikes for an easy ride to the newly renovated Village at Sunriver. The Village is filled with restaurants, shops and even our local ice cream and candy store. You're also minutes away from SHARC, the fabulous new aquatic center with pools, play areas, a year-round tubing hill and much more. You receive six free passes to SHARC for your stay.

You'll find all the comforts of home in this comfortable, two-story home. The great room living area has an inviting fireplace. The living area adjoins the kitchen and dining area, with access to the courtyard, complete with a barbecue. There is outside living on both sides of the home.

With 2 bedrooms, a loft and 1.5 baths, this vacation home contains plenty of room for your family or a group of golf buddies. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs in the "Owl" bedroom, you will find a queen. The other upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds.
