Forget about having to buy and bring your own beach chairs. Included with the rental, two large wooden beach chairs with umbrella to use each day of your stay. Beach Service Included March 1st to Oct. 31.

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a weeks stay. We have been coming to PCB for 14 years and this is one of the nicest units that we have stayed in. Kim and Clint are very gracious hosts, as we had no issues at all. They have everything very organized and made sure that all our questions were answered prior to our visit (not that we had any). The unit was very clean and the furnishings were excellent. This condo is not so big that you have to wait on elevators or fight to get in the pool. We had a great time and highly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo has everything you would need and more. I needed a relaxing vacation and this definitely delivered! From big screen TVs to a beautiful view of the beach. The owners checked in with me after check in to ensure everything was fine and if I had any questions they were there to give me answers. The beach service was convinient and easy to use, not to mention they had a little cooler and caddy for me to use to take my things to the beach! I enjoyed every minute of sun and waves under that umbrella I could get. It's so close to pier park shopping and restaurants that it is super convinient. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay at this condo. I would highly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

THE UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. ALL APPLIANCES WORKED WELL. WE GAVE THE GYM, THE POOL AND HOT TUB A GOOD WORKOUT! THE OWNERS WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE. THEY CHECKED IN TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED THE CONDO WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO PIER PARK AND THE SHOPPING...TOO CONVENIENT...MY WIFE SPENT OUR CHILDREN'S INHERITANCE OVER THERE. After staying at this condo, I wager it will wind up being one of the most sought after vacation getaways on Panama City Beach. It has EVERYTHING and is BEAUTIFUL. It truly lacks nothing in comfort, ammentities, or esthetics. It was just perfect. The pool, the hot tub, and the fitness room, were wonderful. The front desk folks were all very helpful. Loading in and out was easy and checking in was so great because of the electronic key pass that meant no standing in line to check in. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, kitchen gadget, pot and pan and dish imaginable. It even came with a Margarita making machine! The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It has every electronic gadget you could imagine including a big, big, screen HD TV, big screens in each bedroom, play station complete with all kinds of games, Netflix all you can watch movies, wireless network all through the condo for internet access, a Bose like stereo system, and even I-phone chargers. There is a boogie board in the closet, a washer and dryer, and even a grill on the deck. The master opens up to the ocean on the patio as does the living room with a huge picture window sliding glass door. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio cafe set over looking the beach. Last but not least are the owners who communicated so well through the whole process. They worked with us from beginning to end to ensure we would enjoy the vacation we had looked forward to all year. We couldn't have asked for more. We have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for the last 21 years and I can truly say that staying here was our best stay ever. We are already looking forward to coming back next year..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

After vacationing in many different places across the US and Mexico, we planned a trip to Panama City Beach. Our time vacationing in PCB was amazing. We started most mornings having coffee on the balcony taking in the sounds and smell of the Ocean, days spending time playing on the beach or relaxing by the pool and evenings either staying in cooking a nice meal or venturing out to local attractions. After a long search and doing our homework, we chose Sterling Breeze. The sunset from the balcony is AMAZING!
