Beautiful DIRECT OCEAN FRONT townhome in St Augustine Beach. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the waves as the ocean breeze cools you off from a day at the beach.
This lovely townhome is a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths that sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The master suite has a king sized bed, and faces the ocean. The second bedroom has to single beds, and the couch in the living room folds out to a queen sized comfy bed, so there's plenty of room for all!
This unit boasts a balcony, equipped with table and chairs, directly facing the ocean and dunes. Everything you need from linens, silverware, flat screen tv's, internet access, private washer/dryer, coffee pot, microwave and a blender for those frozen cocktails on your private oceanfront veranda.
In addition to having your own two car garage and parking space in front of it, there's guest spaces available as well. Walk outside your door and within a few steps you have the community's private beach dune walk-over, with sitting/viewing areas as well as access to crystal clear community pool and tennis court.
This lovely unit has everything you need, just bring your suitcase and toothbrush, and you are set!

My husband and I recently spent a month at Seaside Oasis. The unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a month's stay. The view from the deck of the beach is wonderful and getting to the beach is as simple as walking out the door. Crescent Beach is a quiet beautiful beach with a wide expanse of sand for enjoying a book or taking long walks. My husband spent many days surf fishing and caught many fish off the beach. We enjoyed several Pompano dinners. The owners were very receptive to our questions and requests and welcomed our month's stay with a bottle of wine! We hope to return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property and owners were excellent. We have been renting furnished winter residences in Florida for years and rate this property at the top....and the representation by the owners, of this property, was totally accurate. The property is in an excellent location at Crescent Beach, just south of St. Augustine. Easy access to the beach, (and this is a beautiful beach of several miles of white sand), excellent ocean views from the Condo, nicely and adequately furnished. Parking was very good with a garage and outside areas for parking also. Outside property is well maintained with a nice pool and walking areas. We spent six (6) weeks here and would go back again.
