Welcome to Condo 203. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the Edgewater property. It walks right out to the pools, beach, and the playground. So this makes it perfect for the families with small children. This condo has a gorgeous view of the Edgewater lush grounds, and the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo has tile throughout. The decor is tropical with beige and green colors. Upon entering the condo on your right is the fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and a washer and dryer. Next you enter the dining and living area. In the living area, there is a large flat screen television with a DVD player, there is also a sleeper sofa for 2 extra guest. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, DVD player, a safe for valuables, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen television, DVD player, and ceiling fan. Both bathrooms have hair dryers installed so you don't have to bring your own.
During the months from March until November, you receive Daily Beach Service, consisting of 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set-up. Weekly Stays also receive a Gift Certificate to the Tiki Bar and Grill that is located down by the lower pool.
We love our Snowbirds, and during the winter months the 'Snowbird Club' offers many activities, parties, outings, and get-togethers. Edgewater guests enjoy our annual Mardi Gras Ball in the Riviera Room in February.
The Edgewater property has two sparkling pools, the lower one has a waterfall running into it. There is a heated whirlpool by the lower pool,and a toddler splash pool by the upper pool. The Tiki Bar & Grill is located by the lower pool and offers refreshing beverages, as well as sandwiches and snacks. Recommend the blackened Grouper sandwich...yummm! There is a fitness center located on the first floor of the property, that has treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines, free weights, and a sauna. There is a playground, basketball & shuffleboard court, and 3 gas grills.
The property also has a banquet hall, called the Riviera Room, that you can reserve for parties, weddings, and family reunions.
We do not charge the customary end of the stay housekeeping fee for three nights stays or more. Monthly rentals include one free mini-clean for every month they stay.
Edgewater prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Edgewater has a no-smoking and no-pets policy.
