Two Bedroom, Two Bath Villa within Minutes of the Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!
Location: Rotonda West, Central Gulf Coast, Florida, USA. The Villa is 90 minutes from Tampa Airport and 12-15 minutes from Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a deed restricted community so regrettably the parking of RV’s and boats on the driveway is not permitted.
Accommodations: Villa, two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps four. Set in a very quiet part of Rotonda and backing onto the newly opened Pinemoor East Golf Course, our fully air conditioned villa offers a tranquil setting for a relaxed vacation. At the rear of the villa the electrically heated pool, and views across the garden are stunning.
The villa comprises a great room, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, the second bathroom also with walk-in shower. The utility room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
There is cable TV. The phone service is local calls only long distance and international calls require a phone/call card. The lanai is lit by the morning sun but gives welcome shade in the heat of the day. It is equipped with table, chairs, sunloungers and a gas grill barbecue. The heated pool remains in the sun for most of the day.
Activities: The golfer will be spoiled, with over 20 golf courses within 30 minutes drive. The closest is nearly in your garden! For the fisherman, this area is internationally famous for the Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish. The Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only 12 minutes away, and with the exception of holiday weekends, are mostly deserted. For the younger visitor, Busch Gardens (90 minutes) and the Disney Complex (two and a half hours) are an absolute must-do!! The opportunities for shopping are endless (sorry guys!). The outlet centers at Ellenton and Miramar (near Naples) will provide serious spending time. Closer is the excellent Mall at Murdock Circle in Port Charlotte.
