  • We stayed in the Steamboat house for a full month. The house was plenty big enough for 8 people each week. The views are breathtaking. The home is way beyond comfortable and our leasing agent was like family. I highly recommend this rental.

  • The house was great! Clean, with magnificent views of the city. You could spend your whole vacation at the property if you liked! The last night we were there we had a bull moose sleeping in the front yard....it was absolutely amazing! Plus, Janelle was a great to work with for the rental!

  • The 3-bedroom Steamboat house was a perfect fit for our family of five in Anchorage. The house is very nicely maintained and fully appointed with decorations and personal items, giving it the feeling of a home (rather than just a "rental"). From the two large decks on the property you get a striking full view of Cook Inlet, the City of Anchorage, and several georgeous mountain ranges. The view is truly off the charts, and taking in the view while sitting in the large hot tub with a glass of wine was a very special part of our trip to Alaska. We would definitely rent this house again.
