Very 'COOL HOUSE', has great forced AC unit plus ceiling fans in most rooms and it even has 2 ceiling fans outside in the Patio area!
The home has a nice Southwest Decor in every room and a very comfortable Large faux suede Sectional and Recliner in the main Family TV Room with a Large Flat Screen TV.
The very roomy guest rooms include 3 King rooms (2 with Flat Screen TV's), and 1 Pillow-top Queen room.
The Master Bedroom has an attached Bath with shower and then there is another Large Full Bathroom with 2 sinks and full bath/shower.
High Speed Wireless Internet, local phone and Direct TV package included.
Large area next to home for Boat/RV parking as well as a 2 car Garage for your cars. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with easy, quick access to Hwy. 95 and the new 'Bashas' grocery store (covered parking!) and some really Great local restaurants that are reasonably priced.
This is a very relaxing home to enjoy and just 'kick-back' in, even if you don't have a boat, come for the Sunsets, they're well worth it, or take the Ferry Boat across the lake to the Casino for only a few dollars round trip, it's a great way to see the Lake even if you don't want to gamble!
This is our 'Second Home', and it is very well taken care of and COMFORTABLE! We try to enjoy it as much as we can, but when we can't be there, we want to make it available for others to enjoy, as long as they treat it as their 'Second Home' too, and take care of it as we would.

About the owner: We are retired and live in the mountains in Northern California in the Pine Trees and the Winters get mighty cold!
Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City:
We were driving back home from Phoenix via Lake Havasu (where I used to go as a kid) and we fell in love with the whole area as well as the weather, so we decided to but a vacation home there so we could enjoy a totally different climate as well as the beautiful Desert. We go there as often as possible but not as much as we'd really like to!

What we love the most are the Gorgeous Sunsets! At home we face the East, so we get beautiful Sunrises, but who gets up early enough to enjoy them?
