This condo is located on the 8th floor, high enough not to be bothered by noise but low enough to hear the sound of the surf. The condo has been decorated to reflect the colors of the Gulf and beach. The balcony is complete with 4 chairs and 2 tables so you may enjoy the sunset after a day of relaxing on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided.
Emeral Beach Resort is conveniently located on the quiet west end of the Panama City Beach. Amenities of this resort are two pools with hot tubs, tiki bars, fitness center, Starbucks, gift shop, Sky Bar and 24 hour security. You are less than 1 mile from Pier Park, numerous restaurants, and entertainment for the whole family.
The owners are local and available in the event of an emergency. We want you to enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.
Sorry, this is a non-smoking unit. No guest pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, the renter must be present the entire rental period.
