Updated luxury home overlooking Sister's Creek to the West and Sombrero Country Club to the East. This is the perfect home for beach lovers, golfers and boaters! The home offers over 100 feet of deep water dockage with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. The Gulf of Mexico is just a short boat ride away. It is about a 5 - 10 minute boat ride to the 7-mile bridge.
This custom designed home offers a gourmet kitchen with open floor plan. There is a large dining table, wet bar and island kitchen. The living room offers great views of Sister's Creek and direct access to an outdoor kitchen area with grill. There is one bedroom on the ground level with full bath directly off the bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the spacious master suite with incredible views. There is a large, walk-in closet and spa-style bathroom with steam shower and jetted tub. The master bath offers an incredible view of the golf course. Off the master bath is a large laundry room. There are two additional guest suites on the upper level. One offers a Queen bed and the other offers a King bed. Each of the guest suites shares a Jack and Jill bath.
The outside living space of the home has it all. There is a private heat-optional pool, hot tub, outside kitchen and lots of lounge space.

This is an amazing vacation home. It has everything you might want and more. Beautiful rooms, linen and furniture. Wildlife - Pelligans, Iguana, Stork, Manatee right on the dock! Fun - We had Wheels to Go deliver 2, 2 person Kayaks - very resonable prices - we paddled to the beach and out to the Mangroves from the house! The Swimming pool and Hot tub were lovely - but word of warning - the pool heating system does not work if it's colder than 50 degrees. The property manager (Leslie) was efficient and polite. We called her about the pool as many leaves were in the water and the pool maintence lady arrived about 1/2 hour later and then came once again later that week! The kids and grandparents and cousin all loved the location and the relaxation - we defrosted after a cold winter! Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The listing description for this home was accurate although the pictures of the inside rooms did not fully capture how spacious and gorgeous this house is. We loved the open design of the kitchen, including the large island, the dining area, and the family room. The large windows provide views of the water on one side and the golf course on the other side. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The tiling, woodwork, custom closets and cabinets are gorgeous. The house is new, very clean and well maintained. The outside patio area is very large extending the entire length of the house. There are covered, shaded areas to relax with a book or sit and talk. The pool and hot tub are great. The pool even has a Fastlane device so we could swim laps and get our workouts in. The view of Sister's Creek and the harbor is private. The gently flowing water was very relaxing. We could watch boats go back and forth along with wildlife. The grounds are landscaped very nicely. I also liked the sound system with music throughout the house and outside area. There are large flatscreen TVs in all the rooms and internet access. We were there during Hurricane Isaac. The house is so well constructed that we did could not even hear the strong winds from the storms. The location is protected from the wind and well above any danger of storm surge. There are a lot of activities available like fishing, golf, snorkeling. Sombrero Beach is only about 5 minutes away. We enjoyed taking a 45 minute drive to Key West. Some of the good restaurants in Marathon are The Island and Sunset Grille. I would also recommend unique Deep Fried Key Lime Pie at Bordines. We had such an enjoyable trip and have already secured a return visit in March.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow.....nicest, best laid out home in the Keys. Get up and swim laps in the pool equipped with Fast-Lane, go in get coffee, watch golfers come up to 15 green while you are doing e-mail at the huge dining table. The kitchen is a huge party central with a great gas grill right outside that is built in. We also had great walks along the harbor and gof course. Hot tub at night watching the jellyfish light up the water. If you have access to a boat, even better !! The bedrooms all had direct bath access and are incredible. The place is spotless. Great restuarants all over We all would highly recommend this property !Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Truly one of the best weeks my family and I have ever had, outdoor living at its finest! We did not bring a boat but had great fishing right off the dock. There were manatees, dolphins and a crazy iguana that tried eating potato chips right from your hand! If we ever tired of the pool and hot tub Sombrero beach was a 15 minute walk around the block. The beach was something out of the movies well groomed, white sands and crystal water. I've been to Hawaii numerous times and these beaches are every bit as nice. We rarely ate out, the patio has a built in grill perfect for sunsets and BBQ s. The layout is extremely spacious, comfortable and functional; pictures do not do it justice. It’s perfect for a couple of families or a group of friends. We rarely wanted to leave but, Miami and Key West are within reasonable driving distances and allowed us quick afternoon excursions. We can’t wait to get back and are in talks with our friends about doing an “adult” trip. My only complaint was having to leave! An absolute 5 star experience!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
