Master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has twins, and the third bedroom has a queen. The family room and fourth room has a Full sized Futon. There is a full-size washer and dryer.
Take advantage of its great location a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Recreation Center (tennis, baseball/softball, basketball), and Convention Center. TV's, DVD players in living room and master bedroom. Stereo with CD player. Fully-equipped kitchen. Air Conditioned. Covered porch with table and chairs. The unit is intended for families and or adults over the age of 25. The Condo Association has new rules about noise and parties.
