Welcome to my beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condominium located in a serene setting on the eighth fairway of the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course. This is a highly desirable top floor two bedroom golf course unit. The spacious living room, master bedroom and lanai overlook the golf course, and the front bedroom and entryway offer a partial oceanview. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the front bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It is beautifully furnished and features all the conveniences of home. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise over Haleakala Crater, and in the evening, you can enjoy watching the sunset off the entryway and front bedroom. Being located on the top floor allows you complete privacy and a very quiet location. The location of my condominium allows a nice afternoon breeze that naturally cools the unit.
Grand Champions Golf and Tennis Villas is an elegant, first class development in the midst of Wailea. Grand Champions is surrounded on one side by the Wailea's "Blue" Golf Course and on the other by the Wailea Tennis Club, both offer discounted rates for condo guests. Beautifully landscaped with native tropical foliage, Grand Champions has two swimming pools, each with jacuzzi spa, changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and two large gas BBQs. Why the Owner Chose Grand Champions
I first vacationed in the islands as a teenager in 1973 with my family. My first trip to Maui was in 1990 and I totally fell in love with it. Having been raised in Southern California, I love the ocean and spending time on the beautiful beaches. Until I bought my condo, I had been coming to Maui only every few years to recharge my batteries on its beautiful beaches. In 2003, I got the bug to buy a vacation property there and found my unit the next summer. And now I get to go there for extended stays several times a year!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The South Maui area is the most beautiful of all of Maui. The beaches are the best! Wailea is a step above the local scene of Kihei. And while I love and have vacationed many times in Kihei, I have really enjoyed the quieter setting of Wailea, and in particular the Grand Champions Villas. And it is only a 10 minute drive to Big Beach, the best beach in all of Hawaii!!

I spent time there for almost 2 months, I love it ... the rooms are nice and clean with a beautiful view and good location. I have been there since 2000. And my recent trip found that they revonated and put in new frigde, Flat screen TV....etc. LOVE IT .. Peter
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My husband and I, along with a couple of our older children stayed at the condo for 3 weeks. It was absolutely lovely. The grounds are perfect, beautiful view of the golf course which is like a park, with hundreds of birds in the day time and hundreds of deer at night. It was really something. The condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms which are inside the bedrooms, which is very nice. The master bedrooms shower has 2 shower heads, which was a big hit. The bar-b-q's being at the pools was nice, and gave us an opportunity to get to know several of the neighbors. Everyone is nice - and the location quiet. The location is close to everything with just a short walk to the shops, the beach, the walking trail, the golf course, the pool. It was really something. And being able to walk on the beach path for 2-3 miles afforded the opportunity to see lots and lots of sea turtles. You get a beautiful park like view of the golf course from the lanai and a few of the ocean from the porch. We had everything we needed to have fun at the beach also. We had a lovely time and hope to return soon.
