The spacious living room, master bedroom and lanai overlook the golf course, and the front bedroom and entryway offer a partial oceanview. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the front bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It is beautifully furnished and features all the conveniences of home. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise over Haleakala Crater, and in the evening, you can enjoy watching the sunset off the entryway and front bedroom. Being located on the second floor allows you complete privacy and a very quiet location. Grand Champions Golf and Tennis Villas is an elegant, first class development in the midst of Wailea. Grand Champions Villas is surrounded on one side by the Wailea's "Blue" Golf Course and on the other by the Wailea Tennis Club, both offer discounted rates for condo guests. And less than 5 miles away are the other Wailea golf courses ("Gold" and "Emerald").
