We found the house very comfortable and modern. The location was perfect, very convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. The decorations were museum quality and the shell mirrors were amazing! Having Wi-Fi was a big plus, and the gas grill was soooo convenient. My wife and three kids found the location perfect for our beach excursions. Just as the listing stated the beach was an easy 2 minute walk. Having the Pier and several restaurants within easy walking distance was a big plus. We had great success pier fishing. We found the cost to be very reasonable and are anxious for our next visit in 2013. My only negative is there is no hot tub. Hint Hint.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

New bamboo floors throughout the open floor plan, modern natural hickory cabinets with granite countertop kitchen with all the amenities, large flat screen TV in living room, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Gas (not briquettes) grill, WiFi and Cable TV. 2 decks (1 screened in and 1 for cooking out on), and Wii, DVD, and board games for indoor play,.
There is great fishing both on the pier and surf fishing on the beach. Kiters can walk out to the beach or across the street for the Sound. Kite point and Canadian Hole are a short 7 minute drive.
