Our wonderful flat in the calm district, Monteverde Vecchio. This area is particularly suitable for families since there is little traffic and it is considered one of the safest in Rome. Our flat is located in a closed street, so there is little traffic and noise. In Rome moped noise is a problem in some areas. Just beside our flat one can find bus number 75 which takes you to the Coliseum, Foro Romano and Termini central station. You can also find tram 8 that takes you to Largo Argentina and the most famous piazzas in Rome: Navona, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. The ride takes roughly 10-15 minutes. In our area you will also find two of the most beautiful parks in Rome, Villa Pamphili and Villa Sciarra together with the famous Gianicolo and the absolute best view of Rome. Our flat is practically in the Trastevere area.
Update - We bought new kitchen accesories and a new toaster. New stylish lamps for the bed room and the living room. Now the terrace has a tend one can take down and enjoy the shade during the day and have outside dinners. There is new wonderful supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment and a one of the best restaurants in Rome just few blocks away.
The accommodation is fully furnished and it has approximately 80 square meters. Among its main features are its balcony and panoramic terrace where one can enjoy the wonderful view of Rome and the "Castelli Romani" hills. The accommodation is ideal for 4 people and has a queen size double bed in the main room and two individual beds in the second room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, new refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave oven, and all you need to cook.

"We will be very happy to recommand the apartment we rented at Roman Accommodation and You. We would like others to have the pleasure of having a nice place to stay while in Rome. The apartment, which is located in Belvedere / Trastevere , is comfortable and well-appointed. We where 4 adult persons ( two couples ), who enjoyed the space and particularly the two seperate bedrooms.
It is a lovely neighbourhood, which is located high above Rome. When we got 'home' after a hot day of sightseeing in the city, it was wonderful to relax at the terrace and watch while the sun set og coloured the rooftops of Rome in yellow / orange / red light. Later the streetlights would be turned on and it was so beatiful ! It have to be seen to know what we are talking about! Also the easy access to transportation - bus and tram - should be mentioned.
The owners of the apartment was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. E.g. when we where about to leave for the airport early in the morning they maked sure that we got a taxi and to a fair price. It was our first time visiting Rome, but we will love to come back and if or when we do we would like to stay at the apartment again."
