This new, waterfront home is located in historic Dogwood Harbour on Tilghman Island, Maryland. The home features waterfront views from almost all directions, three elevated porches with outstanding views of the harbour, a large stone patio with gas grill and picnic table, a large backyard with your own private dock and boat slip, a two-car garage, and large recreational room in the basement. The interior features a gourmet kitchen and dining room, a great room with gas fireplace and international furnishings, as well as a master bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The house sleeps eight to ten people very comfortably.
The house is perfect for family reunions or a romantic couples get-away. You can watch the watermen unload crabs and oysters as the historic skipjacks sail in and out of the harbour. Fish or crab from your private dock or take a leisurely bike ride to the end of the island to watch the sunset. Rent a kayak nearby and explore the marshes of Tilghman or take a sail on the skipjacks. Walk to a variety of excellent seafood restaurants. Take a fishing charter right from the harbour... or bring your boat and grill your fish on the patio. Take a day trip to historic Oxford, Saint Michaels, or Easton, Maryland.
