Bears Ranch Cabin is located on a pristine lot with spectacular views of the meadow and mountains surrounding Greer at an elevation of 8,500 ft. The cabin is situated in a secluded, serene, peaceful area with only the sounds of the gentle breezes rustling through the pines. You will delight in this newly built cabin that offers 2100 sq. ft. of luxurious living space with 3 bedrms., a loft and 2.5 baths. The Master is conveniently located on the Main Floor and it is equipped with a two person Jacuzzi Tub. The upstairs offers two guest bedrooms, a full bath and a large loft with a queen size sleeper sofa. This splendid cabin is furnished with the highest level of taste throughout.
This beautiful and luxurious rustic retreat comes with two large screen Satellite HD TV's, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, local phone service, gas fireplace and a 7 person Jacuzzi Tub on the deck and a gas grill. The cabin is also Handicapped Accessible.
Lounge inside the great room and gaze out through the huge windows at the exceptional views of the beauty that is Greer. Or enjoy sitting outside on the expansive deck where you can laze in the bubbling Jacuzzi, count the millions of starts, or look for elk or deer in the meadow below. A game of Horseshoes is a option for those who are competetive or choose from many of the board games that are available.
You will have immediate proximity to hiking, fishin, mountain biking or skiing at Sunrise 20 minutes away. Or you can choose to dine out at one of the tasty restaurants that are minutes away.

About: My husband and I have been traveling to Greer for many years to enjoy the recreation that is available. Whether it was camping, hiking or skiing; we always had time to get away.
Why Greer:
We found the lot that was the best view of any we had seen in Greer. Sitting on top of the hill and looking down at the huge meadow below, we envisioned our new cabin and how it would look. We created the best floor plan possible with the Master on the main floor and a large area upstairs with two bedrooms, bath and a large loft for guests that we would have visit us.
We decided we wanted to have the uncovered deck that overlooks the meadow and we also wanted a covered deck with two porch swings in case we want to sit out and enjoy watching it rain.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We love that fact that it is a mile from the main road where it is very quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the deck and watching the elk graze in the meadow are some of the most exciting times and especially when there are babies grazing as well. Sometimes, we will be driving from the cabin on the way to one of the restaurants and we will have deer or elk cross in front of us.
