This newly renovated 3BR/2BA home is paradise in the lower Florida Keys. Open ocean is only 5 minutes away from the house as it is on the 3rd canal from the main channel. This is also nice because you are 1 mile off the highway so you will not hear the US 1 traffic. Central air and heat, as well as ceiling fans throughout the home offer total comfort. There is a brand new full washer and dryer for use. Comfortable elegant island decor throughout with brand new living room furniture and new carpet. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with a flat screen TV and DVD player and HBO. The master and 2nd bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle that pulls out to two twins. The back opens onto a large back porch with ample seating and dining possibilities overlooking lush tropical landscaping. There is a very large private 60' dock that can accommodate two boats. Downstairs has large open area with barbecue grill, hot tub, quiet seating area, lush tropical landscaping with palm trees and outdoor heated shower and many other amenities for relaxation. There is also covered parking for two cars. Bahia Honda State Park with its beautiful beaches, Big Pine Key Deer refuge, and Looe Key Marine Sanctuary are minutes from our back door to enjoy nature and tranquility at its best. Key West is a short 35 minute drive.

Everything was just as described! The dock was far above expectations, truly exceptional. The hot-tub was a big hit Would recommend the property. The.owner was attentive and easy to get along with! Great Vacation Spot!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
