The area:

This apartment is located in the calm, residential street "Rue St. Vincent de Paul". At the end of this street, which is only 800 metres long, you'll find the famous church St. Vincent de Paul and the park Franz Liszt. The railway stations "Gare du Nord" with six Metro lines and about 26 bus lines are just 5 minutes on foot away form this beautiful, quiet apartment.

Arriving by train in Paris, you won't even need neither taxi nor Metro. Arriving by plane, the station "Gare du Nord" will be the shuttle's first stop in Paris. You can discover Paris by foot - Sacre Coeur and the famous painters on Montmartre are just 5 minutes away. It's 10 minutes to Champs Elysees, Louvre, Latin Quarter etc.....

The apartment:

This is a 3- Room-apartment. The living-room is tastefully furnished, there's a dinning area, the couch can be changed into a bed for 2 persons. There's a telephone, a colour TV and a hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe in this apartment.

The large bedroom with kingsize bed is furnished with a wardrobe and chests of drawers. Tv is in the main bedroom. The smaller bed-room has two bulk beds.

This 3- Room Apartment is situated on the second floor. The rooms are 3,20 metres in hight, there's stucco on the walls and real parquet. The windows are warmth isolated and in the same hight as the rooms.

The new fitted kitchen has been completely renovated: you'll have a stove with four ceranic fields a micro-wave oven, a normal oven, a washing machine with dryer etc.

This kitchen has a large window,too. It doesn't lack the important small things such as glasses for wine, champagne and water, coffeemachine, iron, ironing board, beautiful china etc.

The bathroom, as well as the separate toilet, has been totally done up in november 2007. A night and day guarded parking place belongs to this apartment and can be booked separatly.

The windows of the living-room and the two bedrooms look out on an inner yard with plants. You won't hear any noice from the city.

This apartment is suitable for four Guest. But we accept families with two parents and four kids.

Four days is the minimum stay. To rent this apartment please fax the reservation form to our office in NYC or Paris. Credit Cards accepted. We can pick you up at Paris airport and our staff will await you in the apartment. For further information please contact us.
