Stretched and customized Lantana with almost 2,400 sq. ft of living space on an over sized tree shaded lot, on a cul-de-sac with a pool in the Village of Bellaire. The interior of this home has many features that are normally only found in the Premier homes. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops plus an island and upgraded cabinets, appliances and lighting. The traditional breakfast nook has been greatly stretched to create an open family room. Our spacious home is bright with soothing Florida colors, tiled floors and cathedral vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in every room. The living room has a large TV, complete with DVD, VCR and CD player. The dining area has an elegant table that accommodates 8 guests.
In the over-sized master bedroom there is a king size bed, extra large walk-in closet and TV. The master features a large and luxurious tiled bath area with a roman shower (complete with tiled seat and safety grab rail) and a garden tub along with a private entrance to the pool. The guest bedroom suite features a bay window, a queen bed and its own private full bath. The third bedroom is organized as a study with a TV and has access to a half bath (powder room) and hallway closet (queen sized air mattress included).
Nothing could be better than relaxing sitting in the shade of Live Oak trees by your elegant pool covered by a large birdcage lanai and enjoy the Florida weather on comfortable outdoor furniture. A completely private view of lush landscaping with Queen palm trees enhances your pleasure. Have breakfast on the lanai, BBQ your lunch, enjoy the weather, read your e-mail, check your stocks, catch up on the news with your toes dangling in the heated pool. Pool is professionally maintained year-round.

We recently stayed for 2 weeks at this home on Hampton Lane in the Village of Bellaire. It was exceptionally large and comfortable with very large master bedroom and bath areas. The outside terrace and adjacent pool were very welcome in the warm temps. of late afternoon. The house is well equipped and offered us most anything we needed. It is convenient to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter, each being about 10 minutes away by car. The Glenview Country Club golf course and restaurant is minutes away and the Nancy Lopez Legacy course and restaurant is very close also. Although there are numerous chain restaurants and others within The Villages, we really preferred the Country Club restaurants as the quality, price and service was exceptional. Glenview, Nancy Lopez and Evans Prairie were our favorites. Larry, the house manager was informative and pleasant and we thank him for his help. We look forward to another stay here in the future. Wonderful experience. Everything about this property is over the top. From the salt water pool to the spacious interior, we have only positive reports. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable, and really went beyond our expectations to provide us with everything needed for a month in the Villages.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

My husband and I have relatives that live in The Villiages and each year since 2005 we like to visit the area so we are in need of housing. I was so pleased that Ed worked with us on renting his home to us for the days that we needed. The home was wonderful! It was our home away from home. The home is exactly how we live in our home - nice surroundings. The most important thing was it was clean! Larry (Ed's brother) was the contact person at The Villages made sure that our visit was perfect. I am looking forward in making a return visit to The Villages and renting this home from Ed & Pat next year!!Recommended for: Age 55+.
