  Thank you, Beth, for making your lovely home available to us for a few days of quiet family time. The location was ideal for us--private and peaceful with a welcoming porch to watch the dolphins play. The entire house was spotless with everything we needed to eat a couple of meals in. Afterward, we played some games we got from the toy store downtown...we haven't had time to do that in a while. We all piled up in the living room with a blanket or two and enjoyed Turner classic movies in the evenings. The bedrooms were beautiful and tastefully decorated. The mattresses were comfortable and we rested well. The only thing I could suggest would be new bed pillows to match the comfort of the rest of the home. I sure hope to return here again with either my family or girlfriends, especially if you're able to replace your pier. We would love to come back when the fish are biting. Thank you again for your kindness and friendly communications. Have a most blessed year.

  My wife and I went to Sandy Toes in search of peace and quiet. It definitely fit the bill and then some. The house is neat and clean with every amenity we needed to have a great stay. The owners left instructions which answered all of our questions about the property and nearby activities. The directions to the house proved very helpful because of difficulties with our mapping software. The best parts of the stay were sleeping with the windows open to hear the surf while going to sleep and waking up - very relaxing - and probably the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we would highly recommend this property

  The location is excellent. I arrived tired and ready to relax, but walked in to find a dirty house and had to clean the refrigerator before I could empty our coolers! The couch was full of crumbs, the rugs were not vacuumed and the bathtubs had sand in them. I contacted the owner and she sent the cleaning service out right away but it was NOT the welcome I was expecting. One of the porch chairs and one of the beach chairs was broken. Such a shame because the house is lovely...

  Clean, quiet, and well appointed new house on the Gulf in Ocean Springs. Three bedrooms provides plenty of space. Quick and easy drive back into Ocean Springs for food and shopping. Will stay here again if in the area.

  It was a beautiful house and beach. Very private and quiet which I loved, it was like your own personal beach. I would definetly recommend and want to go back. By the end of your trip you don't want to leave. It was great. :)

  We truly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The owner was very helpful and was kind enough to recommend great restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean and organized, with wi-fi and satellite tv. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet get-away, Sandy Toes is a great option! The ocean is a few steps in front of the house, the beautiful marshes in back. My kids loved catching crabs at night. We enjoyed being out of town; however, Wal-Mart and Ocean Springs are just a 10-15 minute drive away. B.B.'s Poboys was a hit with our family, as was Ship Island. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home!

  Sandy Toes was exactly what our family needed. 3 Bedrooms gave everyone their privacy, but the open living room and dining area gave us room to play Rockband or watch TV! The big kitchen made it easy to cook whenever we did not want to leave. Two bathrooms made it easy to get ready to go somewhere. And a ton of closet space! Very clean! Easy drive to Ocean Springs and Biloxi to get needed items or eat out. We spent most of our time enjoying the front porch view. Shrimp season started while we were there and we spent hours watching the shrimp boats on the horizon day and night. Glad we took our binoculars! We got to see dolphins feeding in the mornings! Our teenagers enjoyed the beach, especially the hermit crabs at night. And internet access kept them in touch with their friends. On our last day, we spotted an alligator swimming in the waterway behind us! So many beautiful towns are a short drive from here: Gulfport, Biloxi, Gulf Shores, and New Orleans. The best part was the quiet. No sound could be heard except for the ocean and the sea gulls. This has to be the most relaxing vacation we have taken. Plenty of room to relax and take in the beauty of the Gulf Coast. Ocean Springs is a very pretty town with interesting shops and great food. We would definately recommend this home if you are wanting to get away from the "condo/hotel tourist" rush and if you miss it, 15 minutes will get you to the action! Casinos, souvenirs, malls: its all nearby. We hope that Sandy Toes will be available next time we take a vacation, because this is a place that we could come back to year after year. Thanks so much for providing such a beautiful place to make family memories!!!
