Estepona is situated 12 miles west of Marbella and 25 miles east of Gibraltar. It has a tree-lined esplanade stretching from one end of the town to the other, with a picturesque old town full of quaint narrow streets.
On the west side of town is a marina with yachts and power boats circled by restaurants to suit all tastes. There is an abundance of water sports and if you prefer golf, there are numerous golf courses catering just for holiday makers.
Our townhouse is situated close to the beach and comprises of a private covered parking area, fully-fitted kitchen, fully furnished lounge/dining room with satellite TV ( British t.v.), and downstairs Shower/toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, main bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus terrace. Also additional bathroom for second bedroom. Sleeps five people comfortably.
The complex has beautifully kept gardens with two swimming pools, one ideally positioned overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with views to Gibraltar and Morocco.
For the active guest there is a paddle-tennis court. Otherwise enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach. |
