Sunny Side Up:

Our luxury vacation home is a two-story, three bedroom, two and a half bath home, which is just a one-hundred yard, two-minute walk to the beach. There is a private beach pavilion and beach service.

This home features porches/balconies off all bedrooms, a living/dining kitchen/combination, full-size washer/dryer, grill, and large side yard. It is the second house closest to the beach within the gated Emerald Shores community.

Other amenities included are PLASMA TV, multiple DVDs and VCRs, Nintendo Game Cube, toy box, video and book library. There is also a huge side yard, a large very private patio, and large balcony. You will truly enjoy your vacation in this luxury home in this great location!
