Newly remodeled (June 2012), beautifully decorated, non-smoking spacious condominium with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, great room and a private enclosed balcony providing an exciting view of the lake with a fountain. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building.
The second bedroom of the condo is currently set up as a home office, so we highly recommend it for one couple who wishes to have more space during the vacation, and use the computer, read books or write comfortably. No worries if you should have guests or children with you - the office can easily be transformed into a second bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size LaZboy sofabed.
All our high-quality furniture is brand new, and purchased from LaZboy. Master bedroom has king size bed with Serta i-comfort Insight mattress for your deep relaxing sleep.
Ashton Lakes is a peaceful and serene mature association located only minutes away from #1 rated Siesta Beach with sugar white sand and crystal clear waters. The area offers casual to fine dining close by. Many golf courses and boat rentals are in the area. Upscale shopping in St Armand’s circle, Sarasota Downtown, and Westfield shopping malls just few miles away. Sip drinks or visit the farmer’s market in charming Siesta Village, explore nature in Myakka State Park, or be amazed in beautiful Mary Shelby Gardens - all conveniently located in the close by area. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING unit. PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of $300 is required. This must be received 60 days prior rental period. The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No equipment, furniture, or any other items provided within the rental home are lost or damaged. • NO early check-in or late checkout. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate + tax (12%) + cleaning fee ($100) is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments via credit card, PayPal (to account: email@example.com) or personal checks. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and security deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a 1 month minimum stay from January 1st until April 30th and a 1 week minimum stay from May 1st until December 31st. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING – Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle, however the visitor parking spaces are available across the street. Vehicles are to be parked in assigned parking area only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. WEATHER POLICY – No refunds will be given because of weather conditions. REFUNDS POLICY – No refunds will be given because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase. The rental unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

About the owner: We moved to Florida in January 2005 from Monte-Carlo to make our new home in beautiful Sarasota because we simply fell in love with it's sugary white beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and most of all - sunny gorgeous weather on our visit here in 2004. In fact - we loved Sarasota so much that we decided to get married right here - in Marina Jack's at beautiful Sarasota Bay. Being an Estonian and Italian nationality has not been a problem at all - in fact, we feel that we fit right in! Florida is, after all, a wonderful warm welcoming place where all different nationalities seem to meet. We love having long walks at the beach, biking, shopping, and wildlife viewing - and Sarasota has it all. We truly hope you have a wonderful vacation here, and will return for many more years! We chose this very peaceful community because it has many amenities, walking trails and wonderful lakes to enjoy.
