The arrangement by Van for the rental was straight forward. We were upgraded to a deluxe ocean view suite with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. The suite is clean and well equipped. The property has a large swimming pool. It is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent 14 days in the Kaanapali Beach Resort and had a great time. It was accurately described. There is a lot going on, plenty to do and very nice staff taking care of the 7+ acre facility. We were able to prepare meals including BBQ's. This is a great location as it is close to shopping, good walking trails, and is only 30 minutes from the airport. We reccomend you go to Sansei Seafood and Sushi Bar for dinner. The Zipline was a great thing to do and it was nice to go back to Hana for the day. I would reccomend this property to family and friends. The owner was very helpjul and handled the deposit and final payment in a professional way.

I would highly recommend renting from Van Phan. Van did everything possible to make sure that our stay at KBC went as smoothly as possible despite a couple minor snags. The rooms were fantastic, the food was wonderful and the resort was perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the water is a little rough on this stretch of beach, the beach itself is beautiful (excellent for whale-watching and sunsets!), and we had a great time at the pools. We can't wait to return to Kaanapali Beach Club and rent from Van again!

I would highly recommend buying/renting from Van Phan. Our experience at the Ka'anapali Beach Club was excellent. Van Phan was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely buy/rent from again. Van made sure our 25th anniversary stay/trip was a great success.
