This wonderful pool home is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood with little very little hrough traffic. Listen to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch or take a very short walk to a beautiful, no-drive beach.
The house has recently been updated with fresh paint and linens and is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. (e.g., Gas grill, beach chairs, shade tent, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and paddle board.) Walk or bike to everything Ponce Inlet has to offer...Beautiful Beaches, Surfing, Fishing, Boating, Restaurants, Shopping, Live Music, Light House State Park and so much more! Beach access is less than a four minute walk or a one minute drive. The inlet is 1 mile south where you can drive-on the beach, fish from the jetty and utilize the facilities of a state park. Deep sea fishing by party boat or captained charter, Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing, Dolphin & Manatee Sight Seeing and Sunset Cruises are all located one mile south of the home. If you love to walk, hit the beach or elevated walkways through nearby Lighthouse Point State Preserve. If you are looking to get away from beach side crowds and commercialism, Ponce Inlet is the seaside town for you!

My husband and I along with out son stayed at this house in Ponce Inlet the first week of April. Upon arriving, we found it to be very clean. It was on a nice quiet street within walking distance to the beach. It is also very close the the Inlet Harbor restaurant and Jerry's Tiki Bar and Grill which were both very good. We had everything we needed. There we beach chairs, bicycles, surfboards, boogie board and even a basketball game in the garage that my son and husband got a big kick out of. My son and I also enjoyed the bicycles and took them for a few rides on the beach. Previously we had stayed in Daytona Beach and visited Ponce Inlet to go fishing and have dinner. We decided next time we would like to stay in Ponce Inlet. I highly recommend this house when staying in PI. We are hoping to return again next year! Thank you Stefanie and Mike for letting us borrow your house. :)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

This property is located on a quiet street in Ponce Inlet a block from the beach. The house has all amenities that are stated and it is very well decorated, it actually is larger than what the pictures show. It was very clean and well maintained, the back yard is completely fenced making it great for a pet. The pool is completely screened in with access through patio doors off the dining area, it is very well maintained also. We stayed for a month and enjoyed it immensely, the owners are very nice and helpful with any questions and we had no problems whatsoever, we have already booked again for next year. The location is close to popular restaurants, ie the North Turn and you can go to the no drive beach or a short ride to the popular Daytona beach section where you can park your vehicle for the day right on the beach. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay around Daytona Beach as it is so close and yet is in a very quiet area.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.
