You can pack light as most of the comforts of home are provided for your use. Central Air-conditioned and 10 ceiling fans for year round comfort. Laundry Room with washer & dryer, lots of extra storage area, plus a two-car garage with even more storage.
The Luxurious Master Suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a sitting area framed by double floor to ceiling windows where you can curl up with your favorite book. The Master Bath is light and airy with a large shower, marble sink and has a dressing area with a lighted vanity.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a built in closet, extra large credenza, and a small seating area.
The Third Bedroom has 2 twin beds, a built-in closet and small desk with chair. There is small seating area.
The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms share the Hall Bath equipped with a tub shower, marble sink and storage space for towels.
The Great Room Area is divided into a relaxing viewing space featuring a comfortable L shaped soft leather sofas with a large flat screen HDTV. Sharing this space is a beautiful semi-formal dining area with oversized oak trestle table, 6 captain chairs and a beautiful antique Credenza.
There are complete sets of table linens, table wear and place sittings for 10.
There are two other common spaces that are directly connected to the Great Room. A set of double French Doors leads directly to the screened lanai bar area with a round wrought iron table with 4 chairs, a love seat for two and a pair of rocking chairs perfect for viewing the large Orange Tree that shelters the rear yard. There are two lighted ceiling fans and several recessed ceiling lights to help set the mood on Party Night and there is no worry about bugs as this area is completely screened for your comfort. Sharing the outdoor space is a separate covered cooking area with a Gas Grill.
Connected to the Dining area of the Great Room is the extra large Family Room, which serves as the heart of the house. There is lots of seating to view a large screen HDTV, read a book, surf the web, play board games or just hang out.
The Kitchen is the soul of the property and is a chef’s paradise. Fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a snack or a fancy dinner party for Friends and Family. It is located just a few steps from the Dining Room, Family Room and Breakfast Area.
The kitchen feature an all electric appliances including a glass cook top, Large built in-oven range, Maytag double door refrigerator/freezer with thru the door icemaker and chilled water dispenser. Built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and extra large food pantry, with tons of cabinet and drawer space filled with all of the necessary kitchenwares to turn out great dining experiences. The breakfast area seats 4 and has a clear view to the front of the house and is a great place to enjoy the morning sun as it fills the kitchen with it’s morning glory.
Last but by no means least is a multi-purpose area located next to the Family Room which can be used as an office, computer work area, crafting area, workout space or a quiet place to write your novel. This House has cable HDTV, Secured wireless Internet service through out the house. Build-in Fire Alarm and CO alarm system for you safety.

Where do I start!! We loved the Arizona weather, only a few cool or rainy days in the entire stay!! This home was exactly as portrayed in the listing literature, clean and neat . The owners are great people who went above and beyond to make sure everything was as listed and they kept in touch during our 2 month stay. There was not one thing missing from the description and they were more than willing to make sure anything that could enhance the stay would be provided. Providing bath robes in all the bedrooms was an unexpected and much appreciated touch. The home is on a quiet street and the neighbors could not have been friendlier, offering fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruit from their trees, providing local information on things like recycle and refuse pickup, activities available at the rec centre etc. etc. This was an excellent location for us with lots of room for our visiting relatives and friends. The area offers many golf courses at reasonable rates, we played a variety of courses in the area, our favorite was Riverview as it is very close and is an honest course. The home is close to the ball parks in Peoria and Surprise for spring training games, and as it is only a few blocks off Bell Road it is within easy driving distance to all kinds of shopping, vehicle services, professional offices etc. There are many great restaurants in the area and we would certainly recommend the Elephant Bar and the Firebird restaurant on 83rd across the street from the Peoria ball park. For a quick lunch, the Burger Shop (Benny's Burgers) on the corner of 99th and Bell makes great hamburgers at an unbelievable low price. With the easy access to 101 loop or Grand Ave. day trips and touring the valley are a breeze. We have already recommended the property to some of our friends and will continue to do so and if circumstance and the opportunity arose we would certainly rent it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Lovely home with great amenities..Description of property was accurate. Very nicely decorated and clean.Close to restaurants, shopping sightseeing etc. I would recommend it to family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We recently visited my cousin and her husband at their rental home in Arizona and found the facilities to be clean and spacious. The listing description and photos accurately portray the property. We didn't use any of the community facilities as we were too busy sightseeing with our family throughout the state of Arizona to locations such as Sedona and Tombstone. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would go again.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
