  My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend on the beach! The condo was a perfect home base for us during our three night stay and the owners were so professional and accommodating to us. The Straw Market is just a half block away with ice cream, coffee and a restaurant. We loved all the bike paths are perfect for our rented bikes and walking. Thanks for a our "second honeymoon"!

  First time to the Charleston area. This condo made an excellent home base to explore not just Charleston since it was so close but all the surrounding areas/beaches. Very comfortable place and nicely decorated. We liked having all the literature and brochures in the condo to get a lay of the land and what was available to see and do. During our visit the villa was very peaceful and not busy...just very relaxing. The access to the beach was amazing!...just a short walk from the elevator...awesome! We enjoyed the many places to see wildlife, birdwatch and hike...Kiawah Island, Botany Bay Plantation, Caw Caw Interpretive Center and the Edisto Island Serpentarium were some favorites. The weekly price for this condo was more than worth it...what a great time we had! The owners are easy to work with and we thank them for sharing their condo.

  We had such a delightful stay at this condo. very well decorated and just steps from the beach., The owners were great to work with and I cannot wait to go back and stay in their condo. Very clean studio. Added plus was the laundry facilities at no charge. The beach area is very secluded and we had lots of fun riding bikes on all the bike paths. This place is a definite RENT!!!! Loved our stay....thank you so much Tara

  Our first ever trip to Kiawah Island had us wondering why we didn't discover it sooner! It was the perfect place to spend spring break. The weather was phenomenal, the setting pristine, and the much-needed relaxation a given. The condo provided a great setting to unwind after a lazy day at the beach, riding bikes or exploring the island. The owners were kind enough to mail us a DVD we accidentally left in the machine!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

  LOVE Kiawah! Just returned home today and am already online making plans for our next two visits - this is a don't miss destination! The studio set up was all we needed - spent most of our time adventuring around the island but it was nice to come "home" - love the striped chair, claimed it on the first day, very comfy! The elevator makes things much easier, the beach is a breeze to access, morning coffee and paper as well as an evening scoop of ice cream were right next door in the Straw Market shops. While the villa is not an end unit, which seems so popular, this one has a community sun porch on one side and steps on the other and we were the only ones using them - very quiet and private! We loved being on the 4th floor - from the porch we looked right into the trees - great view! Clean, well equipped, tons of information on island amenities, comfortable bed and the owners were very nice and easy to work with - actually made accommoddations for our last minute decision to attend a wedding and what a great decision that was! Thank you for a great visit and we can't wait to return.

  Stayed here for the second time in June 2010. Villa is close to the beach, extremely clean and the owners are great to work with. Will stay here again in the future.

  Great condo, beautiful beach just steps away..Love Newton Farms in the circle before Kiawah entrance, also great restaurant in that area..
