This property is situated on a quiet street in Lost Creek subdivision. With 5 bedrooms and 3200 sq ft, ten adults can sleep comfortably. One Master suite is located on the first floor while the other master and three other guest rooms are upstairs. There are two king size beds, one queen, one full size bed and two twin beds. If needed, there are also two queen size inflatable beds and a baby bed available.
Along with a large yard and covered patios, there is also a pool, gas grill and outdoor seating and dining. WIFI, five TV's with cable, CD player, DVD and stereo surround sound are but a few of the amenities offered.

This house is absolutely amazing! My company and I traveled from New York to Austin for SXSW. The accommodations were exceptional and the owner was more than helpful! Our trip was hassle free and very comfortable. We were able to sleep 8 with plenty of room for additional guests. Great living area to hang out, backyard is lovely to relax in, and bedrooms are large. This home made our trip complete!

This home is lovely and the owner made every possible accommodation to see that all of our needs were taken care of. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfectly situated to enjoy all that Austin has to offer.

I love the location and the scenery that Westlake affords. There are many places for fine dining within 5 minutes of this house. HEB is a superb grocery/pharmacy that offers anything and everything you might want. The Westlake Medical Center is located at Bee Caves and 360 and offers an Emergency Room as well as a hospital and Medical offices. Close shopping malls are Barton Creek Mall, Hill Country Gallery and the Domaine which is at the northern end of 360. Zilker Park/ Baron Springs Pool are on the east side of Loop 1 (within 10 minutes). Downtown and 6th Street is a short trip over Lady Bird Lake on Loop 1 from 360. F1 race track is east off 360 as is the Austin Bergstrom Airport. The greatest advantage of being in Westlake is that you can access most of Austin without ever having to drive on IH35. You also have the peace of mind that you are in a very secure and safe area of Austin. The hills, scenery and the access to Lake Austin and Lake Travis are pluses that make this a prime location to any visitor who comes to our fair city.
