This lovely condominium is located alongside the Intracoastal Waterway in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach along the Gulf of Mexico, it’s also near dining and shopping. As part of a small, five unit complex the location is quiet and private, and carefully maintained.

Relax in the pool or sit on the dock, where you might catch a glimpse of dolphins playing. Watch a sunrise from this sheltered and quiet area.

Looking to stroll on the beach? The beautiful Indian Rocks Beach facing the Gulf of Mexico is just five minutes’ walk from your door. On your way there you will pass Café de Paris bakery, where you can enjoy excellent coffee and perhaps take home a fresh pastry.

Inside, the open concept allows for socializing while preparing food or relaxing. The completely renovated kitchen features all new appliances and cookware, and the dining table can seat six. Linens are provided.

Two large flat screen TVs (living room and master bedroom) are serviced with full cable TV services. Relax in the reading nook, or use the computer and included internet access to stay in touch.

Two full size rooms, each with an adjoining bathroom allow for two couples to stay with plenty of privacy. The master bedroom is large and spacious, with a walk-in closet and new king-sized bed. The second bedroom, set away down the hall, has plenty of closet and storage space, a full bathroom, and a shared balcony.

The condo has a designated driveway and garage, two balconies, and has newly replaced central air conditioning. The complex has free laundry facilities and includes cable TV and internet access. No smoking or pets please.

Indian Rocks Beach is ten minutes south of Clearwater. Restaurants range from casual breakfast and lunch to fine dining. There are golf courses, boat rentals, jet skiing and plenty of shops. Just 35 minutes from Tampa (TPA) airport.
