First time listed on VRBO. This is a high end, professionally designed and completely renovated condominium suite with a large deck for dining or lounging. Located on the 2nd floor it allows for privacy with exceptional views of the neighboring islands while only steps away from the water. The suite was professionally designed and renovated to meet the specific requirements of the owners for their family members and guests. The floor plan and room designs of the suite are singularly unique to this condominium complex. Features of the suite include:
• Air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
• Imported porcelain tile floors throughout as well as on the bathroom walls and shower enclosure.
• Granite counter-tops.
• Custom built cabinets and vanity.
• Two glass “vessel sinks” with attractive hardware in bath.
• Generously sized walk in shower with built in porcelain tile bench, extendable shower head with water temperature controls that allow for the water temperature to be set for continued use. The shower has a glass enclosure.
• A separate bedroom partitioned so as to allow for light and airflow while providing privacy.
• The sitting area includes a pull out bed which accommodates two additional guests. The suite sleeps1-4 persons.
• Both the bedroom and sitting area, with pull-out sofa, are separated and have doors for privacy. Access to the bathroom from both rooms is provided via a short hallway.
• Both rooms have individual closets with three drawer cabinets as well as separate safes.
• The food preparation/entertainment area has new cognac stained cabinets with a Wolfe flush mounted ceramic glass two burner electric counter top stove with touch controls, microwave oven and full size refrigerator.
• I pod/mp3 docking stations are located in both rooms.
• RCA flat screen TV’s with built in DVD players are located in each room.
• Over and under the counter access lighting has been installed along with generous track lighting fixtures controlled by dimmer switches and lamps appropriately placed.
Should you wish to prepare your own refreshments, as well as your own breakfast, lunch or dinner, plates, glasses, stemware, silverware, cooking and serving utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. are all provided.
Beach lounge chairs and snorkeling gear (which may be utilized to explore the reefs which begin close to the condominium’s beach) are included at no cost to our guests. Rental of kayaks, windsurfing and other equipment is available at the dive shop located on the property. Relaxation under a sea grape tree on the beach or by the pool with magnificent views of the water and neighboring islands assures one of a memorable and restful stay. Red Hook, literally only minutes away by rental car or cab (both available on site), provides numerous restaurants, lounges and shops for food, purchases and entertainment. Deep sea fishing charters are available on site at the marina. Try your hand at hooking Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish and other deep sea fish.
Room cleaning and towel service is arranged to suit your schedule through our local suite manager. Arrangements to have you picked up at the airport and returned when going home may be made in advance of your scheduled reservation.
The condominium and marina complex is gated with a security person at the entry. Security personnel walk the grounds day and night and monitored security cameras are strategically placed.

My wife, I and our two grandchildren (ages 6 & 8) had a fantastic time as Sapphire by the Sea proved to be a perfect place for a restful, relaxing vacation. The condo was exactly as described – updated, clean, well appointed, well-maintained, and comfortable – and a prime location to enjoy Sapphire Beach. The unit was just a few steps to the beach, the calm seas perfect for snorkeling at the near-in reef inhabited by a wide range of beautiful fish. The balcony provided a great place to view the sun rising, to rest between activities during the day, or to enjoy a cocktail as evening fell. The kitchen proved more than adequate for breakfast, lunch and even simple dinners. While there are many places to go on the island, we rarely strayed off the property other than to go to the Food Center supermarket (just 5 minutes from the property) to load up on supplies. The owner was great to work with, was responsive to the many questions we asked prior to our stay and provided all we needed and more. As to whether we’d stay here again if our travels take us back to St. Thomas, the answer is a resounding yes!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Owner: Tenant: By this Agreement Owner and Tenant agree as follows: 1. Premises and Period of Occupancy: Owner hereby leases to the Tenant the Premises, for the arrival and departure times and dates, listed below: Premises: Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, 6720 Smith Bay Road, B205, Estate Smith Bay, St. Thomas, USVI Arrival: Departure: 2. In lieu of a security deposit, tenant agrees to purchase Property Damage Protection at a cost of $49. Policy will be purchased via VRBO link. 3. Tenant may cancel this Agreement 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. If Tenant cancels this Agreement less than 60 days from arrival date, all monies paid shall be forfeited. 4. Maximum occupancy is limited to 4. No parties or gatherings shall be permitted on premises. 5. Arrival. Owner shall have the Premises and its contents clean and in order for occupancy at the beginning of the term herein stated, and allow Tenant, upon paying the rent and fulfilling other obligations contained herein, to quietly enjoy the Premises for the term hereby granted. 6. Departure. Tenant shall not make any alterations in or on the Premises. Upon departure, Tenant shall leave the Premises in as good a state and condition as it was at the beginning of occupancy. 7. Telephone use. Tenant should plan on utilizing a personal cell phone. A phone is located on the Premises, but may only be used for calls to on-island suite manager and local calls. 8. Owner Maintenance and Access. Tenant shall permit Owner or his agents to enter within or uponthe Premises at reasonable hours during the daytime to examine the Premises or make reasonable repairs therein. If Tenant encounters any problems with the Premises' plumbing, cooling, electrical systems or appliances, Tenant must immediately report these problems and any other significant problems or concerns to the on-island suite manager. (Her number is located on the instruction sheet next to the phone.) No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances although Owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that aplliances will be and remain in good working order. Owner shall not infringe upon the Tenant's quiet enjoyment of the premises. 9. Refunds. No refunds will be given due to weather, construction at adjacent or nearby properties, or acts of God. 10. Waiver. Tenant acknowledges and agrees to lease the Premises "as is." Tenant understands and acknowledges that any information presented or received by him or her about the Premises is reliable. 11. Assignment. Tenant shall not sub-let or assign his or her rights under this Agreement. 12. Smoking Prohibited. Smoking is not allowed in or on the Premises. 13. Pets. No pets shall be permitted at the Premises. Any violation of this provision will be considered a material breach of contract, and Tenant's tenancy will be immediately terminated. 14. Complimentary beach chairs may be obtained from dive shop located on the beach. Provide dive shop employee with Tenant's name and unit number. 15. Complimentary snorkel equipment may be obtained from dive shop located on the beach. Snorkel gear may be used for up to 2 hours per day. Additional time may be purchased directly through dive shop. 16. Premises is equipped with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, bed linens, pillows, safe for personal belongings, plates, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, basic cookware, microwave oven, 2 burner cooking range, refrigerator, televisions, DVD player, MP3 player. Beach towels may be taken to the beach, but must be returned to the Premises. 17. Trash may be disposed of in receptacles located along parking area. 18. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal property. It is expected that you will keep Premises locked. It is recommended that the Tenant use the safe provided for valuables. Instructions for safe usage are provided next to safe. 19. Upon departure, Premises must be left in good condition. All furniture is to be left in the exact location it was found upon arrival.
