This 60m² elegant loft offers a rare combination of advantages:
• Apt is great for 4 guests using the bedroom and the living room sofa bed on the lower level. 2 extra adults may use the mezzanine.
• A perfect location: rue des Gravilliers, in the middle of the 3rd arrondissement (metro Arts et Métiers 1mn), west part of Le Marais trendy district in a calm location.
• Windows bath the apartment in light
• High ceiling, wooden beams and floor embellish the apt in a centuries old building
The apt door is to be found on 4th floor (French Standard) after having climbed the ancient stairs (no elevator).
A wooden floored corridor lit with a large window leads to the spacious living area. Ceiling is very high and the windows bath the room in light. The wooden floor and beams give a warm feeling. Finally, the delicate furniture gives the final elegant touch.
Living area offers a comfortable convertible sofa bed for 2 guests, a dining area with a wooden table to accommodate up to 6 guests for dinner, an office corner and a very convenient open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom area is also wooden floored, quiet and offers a comfortable double bed. View of the windows is charming over typical Paris roofs.
The open mezzanine under the roof is accessible by a wooden ladder and can sleep 2 guests on a nice quality futon bed. It offers a view on the sky and Parisian rooftops through the fanlight (mezzanine is obviously not recommended for kids, ladder has no hand rail. It should be used exclusively by fit adults. Note that it is possible to lift the ladder out of reach for kids).
The bathroom is decorated with white tiles and has a window to receive sun light. It is equipped with a bath tub with shower and offers a sink and toilet.
This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

The apartment is in walking distance to the metro. The apartment was clean and also very cozy (as in space). The kitchen amenities were good, with more than enough glasses/plate/mugs/utensils. Also, other guests left things there which we used: tea, sugar, salt. Very handy! The beds and the sofabed were all comfortable, and we didn't really use the heat because the weather was mild. We really loved that we were close to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The neighbors also were very nice. All in all, a great price for a great location, a safe place, and great food nearby. We definitely recommend! Thanks Jean Noelle, we had a good time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The apartment is in an amazing neighborhood in Paris. It was perfectly located for our stay. The place is reasonably priced, and very comfortable. It was equipped with a great number of conveniences --stove and small oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, free Wifi and a fine shower. Everything worked fine and a HUGE plus is that there is easy access to excellent bakeries, quirky little restaurants and the Metro. We would definitely return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The apartment was well located; it had all the facilities we had hoped for inside and also all our needs were met with restaurants etc on our doorstep below. Entering the apartment for the first time was simple and the booking process was straightforward. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back on our next visit to Paris.
