Stepping off the elevator and into Sandarac A606 oceanfront condo, will make you feel as though you are in the clouds. The views are breathtaking! Panoramic views will have you gazing at the sea and sand for miles. This condo is beautifully appointed in crisp, clean hues of white, blue, green and yellow. The condo emits elegance throughout. With the Gulf of Mexico and white sugar sand beach as its backdrop you will be constantly reminded that you are in a Florida paradise.
As you enter the condo, the kitchen is located to your immediate right. It has plenty of prep space with an additional butcher block, and convenient stool for any chief’s helper. A refrigerator large enough for a week’s worth of groceries, stove and microwave make it easy to eat in. The large kitchen window overlooking the front of the complex provides great lighting while cooking. The pass through area over the kitchen sink allows you to cook, entertain, and still catch those beach views.
The tiled living and dining room are open concept, perfect to enjoy the large walls of windows that offer panoramic views. The round dining table comfortably seats 4 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast table. The living room, in white wicker and sunny colors comfortably, seats 6. The leather lounger and ottoman welcomes your tired feet. The flat screen TV and wifi/internet will certainly meet your outside world needs. If your stay with us isn’t “no work and all play” or if you simply want to catch up on work or stay in touch with friends and family, a spacious workspace desk is conveniently located in the corner of this open concept living space. It offers million dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico and will definitely be a perk if you “have to” work.
On vacation, who wants the day to end? At some point you have to rest and refuel for another day of sun and sand! Welcome to the A606 oasis. This condo has one guest room. This room features a bunk bed and matching twin to sleep 3. Plenty of dresser and closet space accommodate purchases and those packed items. Sit on the carpeted floor or hop on a bed to watch TV on your in-room TV. A full bath with plenty of marble counter space easily services both the guests who spend the night, and those just visiting for the day. The Master bedroom welcomes you with a private bath on your left as you enter into a large open air suite. The king size bed is well appointed in beautiful linens and companion night stands. This room is neat and orderly. There’s plenty of storage in the dresser and armoire. A lovely makeup vanity frees up the bath counter top and allows you to sit and relax as you get ready to start your day or evening. Kick your shoes off and sink into the carpet. Turn on your favorite TV program on the wall flat screen TV. It’s all about winding down.
The Sandarac condo complex is perfectly located near our island movie theater and Santini Plaza where you’ll find several restaurants, shops and even an ice cream parlor to enjoy. Two banks are located nearby and if you forgot a toiletry at home or simply want to pick out a post card, CVS is steps away.
For our guests with allergies this condo is both smoke free and pet free. Your own private in-condo washer and dryer are also included with your stay, making laundry a breeze. Of course you’ll also enjoy the in-ground heated pool, located on the beach side, for cooling off from those warm walks on the beach.
