If you enjoy eating at good restaurants, theater, museums, or just taking in the sights of one of the most beautiful cities in the United States AND at the same time living in an area that is a federally protected conservation area, complete with bike/walking trails along the bay, swimming pools, tennis courts, a complete fitness center, then our condo in Marina Bay is perfect.
We are located 20-30 minutes north of San Francisco by car and 20-30 minutes south of wine country. Berkeley and Oakland are 10-15 minutes away. The University of California at Berkeley is a 20 minute bike ride away.
Our condo is 1,000 square feet, with 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a new convection cooktop stove. The pantry is stocked with basic cooking supplies. A side-by-side washer/dryer is available for your use. Relax in our outdoor patio, complete with a kiva for chilly evenings. For evenings that are colder, enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is designated parking for one car and lots of guest parking spaces. The condo has two flat screen TV sets: a 47” ‘smart’ TV in the living room and a 32” in the guest bedroom. Both are swivel-mounted on the wall.
Our condo is part of gated community that has 435 units and is home to a mixture of people with families, single and retired people. It is quiet and safe.
In addition to the miles of beautiful bike/walking trails, the area is home to Rosie the Riveter National Monument, Point Isabel (which is one of the few off-leash dog parks), a marina, the port of Richmond, and is a major stop on the bird migration route. There is a wonderful playground bordering the marina and a park nearby where you can have a cookout and look over the bay at the skyline of San Francisco. The charming town of Point Richmond, with a variety of restaurants, historical sites and a playhouse is a short drive away.

193 BAYSIDE COURT, MARINA BAY RENTAL RULES Welcome! We are pleased to have you as our guest(s). Please read these rules and let us know if you have any questions. 1. This is a NON SMOKING unit, both indoors and out. If you smoke, please take a nice stroll around the neighborhood! 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Persons visiting the Guest(s) are the sole responsibility of the Guest. No more than 4 people may stay overnight. 3. Appliances are to be used only for their intended purposes. 4. Pets are not allowed. 5. There is one designated parking space for the property. Guest parking is available nearby. 6. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit with a washer and dryer for your use. Cleaning supplies and vacuum are also available for your use. 7. Please be considerate of your neighbors in terms of noise. 8. Keys: 2 sets of keys and gate openers will be provided for the apartment. Please notify the Owners if keys/gate openers are misplaced or lost. The Guest(s) will be charged for lost or misplaced keys. 9. Wifi network: this amenity is offered free to the Guest(s) and is password protected. This is made available only to our Guest(s) during the period of their stay. 10. Cable service: Basic cable is made available to our Guests. Guests who wish to upgrade the service must contact Owners first for permission and will be responsible for those extra costs. Prior to leaving, Guests should contact Comcast to change service back to basic. All charges for Pay Per View movies, etc., will be charged to the Guests. 11. Wood or a Duraflame log for one fire will be left by the fireplace. Please be sure the flue is open before starting a fire and that the fireplace screen is closed while fire is active. 12. Telephone: Free calls can be made to all the 50 states. International calls are not allowed. 13. Before departure, please strip bed linens & towels and place all of them on top of the washer/dryer. Please empty all garbage in appropriate outdoor bins and put any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. 14. About the owner: The owners, Ann Sanders & Deborah Heller, both retired, are bi-coastal. We also have a home in Provincetown, MA. We plan to use our condo as well as rent it since we have grandchildren and friends in the Bay area. We look forward to having guests enjoy our home.
Why the Owner Chose Point Richmond:
We were attracted to the unit because of the 2 BR/2BA, lovely patio, fireplace, and parking right outside the front door. It is sunny and bright, has comfortable space with privacy if friends come to visit or 2 couples choose to rent. We also like the opportunities for walking, swimming (two pools and hot tubs) and a well equipped gym. In addition, it has easy access to San Francisco & other East Bay communities, as well as wine country to the north. Lots of good shopping and restaurants in Oakland, Berkeley, El Cerrito and Richmond, an easy car ride away. San Francisco is 25-30 minutes away.

The condo is a corner unit with parking right out front. It is comfortably furnished with Cable TV, wireless. The kitchen is equipped for people who like to cook and the outside patio is great for breakfast on a sunny morning. Benefits also include quiet neighborhood, pool, hot tub & fitness center plus 24-hour security. Wood burning fireplace in unit, mature trees, bay shore walks, beaches, parks, fishing, ships/tugboat viewing in harbor, extensive Bay Trail, short distance to Restaurant Salute, picnics & BBQ on Monument Green, off-leash dog walking at Pt.
