Our home is conveniently located 1-1/2 hours by car from Miami International Airport or Key West. A short trip North to Homestead offers fresh farm produce, a wonderful vineyard, and Everglades National Park.
Enjoy water sports close by or dolphin swims, pet fish and feed sea birds at Theatre of the Sea, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rescue Center. For shopping and sightseeing locally, you can find art crafts and elegant treasures of all kinds within short distances in almost every corner of the US1, but also you can drive north to Miami or South to Key West to find even more excitement. It is 1 mile away from the Mariners Baptist Hospital, 0.8 miles away from Winn Dixie, 0.5 mile from the jetski, kayak boat rentals and Special Boating Tours, Fishing Tours, Parasailing. Enjoy our relaxing 50ft non screened terrace/balcony with the view of the entire canal and a exclusive view of a national protected forest. 3BR/2BA: It has a king size bed on master bedroom, queen beds in its other 2 rooms, and comfortable new sofa bed on living area for additional guests. Enjoy amenities such as Central Air Conditioning/heat, Comcast Cable TV (2), wireless DSL broadband internet connection, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Full Laundry with washer and Dryer. Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, BBQ, 60 ft dock next to the canal for your boat needs. Option to rent for an additional fee our 1st floor completely independent apartment with 1BR/1BA king size bed, and a twin sofa bed, jacuzzi, small living area, small kitchen and dinning area. Ample space for parking on both sides of the home and even more, if you want to bring your mobilehome, do not hesitate, our house is designed with very high ceilings on the first floor for them to fit. For more exciting, since our home is all concrete made roof, we do have a 3rd floor for relaxing, sunbathing and amazing key nature spectacular views, or just swim on our beautiful clear waters canal on back of the house like your own natural pool. Immaculate, well equipped and excellent location. Extremely private, yet very close to anything you need. I've rented my share of resort homes/condos over the yeare but never have I experienced such personal service and cleanliness. This location off Tavernier Creek gave us 5 minute access to both the bay side and ocean side. Dependimg on weather, we were able to boat in either direction every day. Many homes on ocean side only limit your access if winds are up. The owner checked in with us twice to make sure all was well. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. We are already planning our next trip. Don't make this trip without visiting the waterside restaurant "Marker 88" as well as the fresh seafood market in Key Largo. I left the card on fridge door.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
