If you are looking for an extended stay in Florida's Space Coast, this fully furnished, 2000+ square foot pool home is just what you are looking for. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Melbourne, you will be just minutes from the beach. Our home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 6-8 guests. This vacation home offers a screened, in-ground pool and fenced back yard for your privacy and enjoyment. Vaulted ceilings are featured throughout the living areas and master suite. This beautiful paradise getaway boasts a split, open floor plan which will allow you to spend as much time with your family as possible. We offer DirecTV satellite TV with approximately 140 channels and wireless internet access. Bright family room features sky lights, 46” LED TV and blu-ray DVD player. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen opens to the family room so family and friends are always within sight. We supply all the amenities necessary, including place settings for 12, to prepare all your meals.
Large master suite with King bed, 39” LCD TV, remote control ceiling fan, walk-in closet and oversized en suite featuring dual sinks, walk-in shower and jetted garden tub. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, large closet and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 includes 2 twin beds, large closet and ceiling fan.
Guest bathroom, with walk-in shower and stocked linen closet, opens to the pool area. Separate living room provides a quiet area for reading or socializing, remote control ceiling fan and includes a sofa bed. Separate dining room for more formal meals.
Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy meals, cooked inside or on the grill, on the patio or just relax with the soothing sound of the waterfall in the back ground.
Well behaved, house trained pets with up-to-date vaccinations are considered at an additional charge.
There are grocery stores, a Barnes & Noble, and Melbourne Square Mall all within a short distance. Various restaurants and specialty stores are also just a short drive. Our home is located less than 3 miles from downtown Melbourne, 4 miles from Melbourne International Airport and 6 miles from the Indiatlantic beaches. The Crane Creek Reserve Golf Course is just 2 miles away. A short drive up the coast brings you to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.

House is located in a small, friendly subdivision in Melbourne - close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants, parks with beach about a 15 minute drive. The home was just as pictured on VRBO. Upon arrival, we found a welcome basket of goodies and a bottle of wine left for us by the owners. They even included dog treats for our two dogs. Kitchen is large with every appliance, bowl or whisk you might need. We loved the large master bedroom and bath. All three bedrooms had comfy, new mattresses and coordinating linens. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions/concerns. With weekly pool and lawn service, there was nothing left for us to do except enjoy the sunny days. We would definitely recommend this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
