This new, professionally decorated, smoke-free condominium -- we call it The Haven -- features two decks, one with a spectacular view of 13,000-foot Byers Peak to the west and the slopes of Winter Park to the south. Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas are just a short drive away or hop onto the free shuttle that will take you there and back. New this year at The Haven -- park on the same level, right outside the front door.
Some of the best scenic mountain bike riding in the world lies outside on singletrack in the forests, or on bike paths that reach all the way to the ski area. Nearby, there's Gold Medal trout fishing on the Williams Fork of the Colorado River or the Fraser River.
A short drive from the condominium, the Indian Peaks Wilderness offers spectacular hikes into alpine forests and lakes.
Less than ten miles away is Pole Creek Golf Course, voted the best public course in Colorado. Four more courses are within 30 miles. One of these 18-hole courses is in Grand Lake, a resort town that is the Snowmobile Capital of Colorado during the winter and the perfect watersports center with access to three linked lakes in the summer.
Grand Lake is also the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, home to magnificent elk herds, moose, deer, mountain goat and countless other wildlife.
Back at The Haven, enjoy a private soak in the deep, jetted Jacuzzi in the condo's upstairs master suite. The master bedroom definitely gives you the feeling of mountain luxury with a king-size aspen log bed, warmed by a handmade Indian-print down comforter.
Two more large bedrooms feature queen-size beds, down comforters, western art, convenient clothes racks and full closets. The Haven has three full bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
The living area offers the best of mountain living to relax or entertain after a day on the slopes -- all-new, overstuffed and leather furniture, a black slate entertainment table, gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR/CD player, personal/Pay-Per-View movies, and small personal library.
The large sectional rolls out into a queen bed for sleeping in front of the fireplace. This room adjoins a bright, modern kitchen with every appliance you will need.
Throughout The Haven you will find tasteful western and Olympics art that add to the condominium's mountain spirit and alpine setting.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fraser. Your condo is beautiful and certainly exceeded our expectations. We really liked the information booklets, menu guides, guide books etc. that were left out for us. The lamenated map of the ski area was also a great idea! The decorations and furniture were very nice and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay at your place again.
