Our home is located in a golf course/ X-country ski community on a quiet road in the Town of Breckenridge. We 5 miles from the Breck gondola and within 40 minutes to Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and Ski Cooper.
Our home has 3 levels:
1) Top Level (3BR/ 2 Bath)
-480 square foot master suite with a king bed, jetted bathtub,steam shower and separate toilet room.
-small office area with desk, printer, and Wi-Fi
-2 bedrooms with twin beds and trundles connected by a Jack-and-Jill bedroom
2) Main Level
-600 sf great room with slate and hardwood floors including granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, alder cabinets, and a 42' LCD Flat screen TV
-Mud room with a bench and cubbies
-Gigantic moss rock gas fireplace
-1/2 bath
Lower Level
-575 square foot family room with Wii and wet bar.
-Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and bunk bed with Full Bath
-Laundry Room
-Walkout basement to hot tub with beautiful down valley views of Buffalo Mountain
-Optional Queen Futon that can be set up in the
family room
We have a heated 2 car garage and a BBQ on the covered patio.
