We stayed at the property during Mardi Gras weekend and it was incredible!!!! There were 7 of us and we all were very comfortable in the space, as it had plenty of room with pull out sofa. This was a Bachelorette Party and the bride loved it! The updated kitchen was great because we were able to make meals on the nights that we didn't want to venture out to the French Quarter. In addition, Larry was great to work with and very professional. When I visit N.O. again we will definitely be staying at this property. Thank you Larry for your help in planning a very memorable trip :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This house is absolutely great. Three real bedrooms all of which have large (king) beds. (No futons, cots, or pull-outs here.) Flat screen TVs in every room. A full, fenced-in back yard for pets or for enjoying a drink with peace and privacy. Off-street parking right in front of the house. Sparkly clean large washer and dryer. On a street with other very well-maintained homes. Very clean, etc. This devoted Tulane alum (Newcomb '94) would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit New Orleans. I came here for a conference in downtown NOLA but didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel with valet parking, etc., and this is perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

Our stay here was fabulous! We had everything that we needed and more and the price was sooooo reasonable! The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond! We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday here with many friends and everyone praised our accommodations!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the property. It was newly renovated and was exactly as described in the listing. Quiet and safe neighborhood - very close to the French Quarter. Everything inside was brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Larry, the owner, is a great guy and is extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend the property to anyone staying in New Orleans. We would not hesitate to stay there, or in any of Larry's properties, in the future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
