This five bedroom home sits on top of Baldy Mountain in the town of Breckenridge, and has some of the best views in the county. Located just a short distance from the town and ski lifts. We have contracted with a private transportation company to provide free shuttles to and from town. Recently updated with new furniture, carpet, and décor, this large 3300 square foot home offers the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Two separate living rooms offer plenty space for large groups who also appreciate some privacy. The enclosed, attached garage allows for car and toy storage (skis, bikes, you name it).

The lower level of this wonderful home offers a pool table and plasma TV for family fun, full bathroom, one queen private room, and one double bunkbed private room with TV and VCR. The lower level alone sleeps eight in beds! Take the stairway up to the main level and enjoy the wall of windows that overlooks Breckenridge Mountain, Main Street, and the Ten Mile Range.

Truly, this home has some of the best unobstructed views in Summit County. The main floor boasts a large TV,DVD, and stereo. Sit back in the comfortable main floor sitting area (family room) or access the large wrap-around deck to see the sites. The private hot tub also sits on the deck where views surround you.

This home sits on close to three-quarters of an acre and backs to pure Colorado and tree lined woods. Bike, hiking paths, snow shoeing trails are steps from the back door. Adventure with snowshoes, bikes, cross country skis all steps from this home. Take in the views and enjoy the 104 degree private hot tub that sits on the deck with wonderful views of Breckenridge and Ten Mile Range. Minutes from Main street and the heart of Breckenridge. Take the free shuttle to the ski slopes or drive to the free or paid parking areas at the base of Peak 8 or Peak 9.

The full kitchen has all the necessary tools to make meals and has a separate sitting/eating area and sun room with a ten person wood table. Additional dining seating also next to the kitchen on the eight-person wood table. The main floor sleeps six with a king, two twins and a queen sofa sleeper. A full bath is also on this level.

The top floor has a loft with an overview of the main level and views from the wall of windows.Enjoy a book in the large oversized chair or in the private master bedroom with a king bed and full restroom. The master bath has two sinks, two showers, and a bathtub. Cable TV throughout the home. New 40 plus Jet Hot tub on the deck. Gas barbecue on the deck. Private Garage. Two family room areas. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

We decided on Breckenridge for the outdoor activiites, views, and the town. We looked at over 60 properties before we decided on the house we bought. What we liked most about the house and the location are the following: The views are the best views that we saw at any of the places we looked at, we this house for the privacy, size, and comfortable feeling of home. We chose to buy close to town instead of in town for we were still very close but could sit in our own hot tub with out twenty tubs on the decks all around us, people looking down from other units, listening to our own music at the volume we would like and having the views that you do not get in town.

The Unique Benefits at this House

We love getting back to the house with a crockpot of chile waiting, sitting in the hot tub with a cold drink looking at the spectacular views and listening to some good music. Playing pool and in the summer hiking behind the house.

I live and work in Fort Lauderdale. I own Best Boat Club and rentals and a Watersports Company with 3 locations in Fort Lauderdale and 1 in Captiva Florida. When we decided to rent the house I was determined to treat the guest of my house to the best possible experience. We have hired a management company on the mountain to assist in the check-in and check-out process as well as act as a concierge and maintenance department for our guest. We have also hired a transportation company that can bring our guest to and from the slopes.

My family and I ahve been on many ski trips throughout colorado. My wife thought it would be a good idea to rent a house instead of staying at a resort. I was worried about the cleanliness and how the ammenities would compare to a resort. I can say that this house was better than any resort. We were only minutes from the slopes. And at the end of the day being ableto relax in our own private hot tub was great. Our kids made some friends and they came over and played pool. The house is spread out so that when the kids could have their own playing area and the adults could have area for entertainment. We spoke with the owner of the house and was extremly helpful. He gave us places to see and the best way to utilize the free shuttle service that comes with the rental. We will surely be back

Best Ski Vacation We've Had In Years!!!!

We been going to Summit County for about 20 years, and this is by far one of the best properties we've ever stayed. This is the perfect rental home. We had 13 people in our group. Six adults, seven teenagers, and had plenty of room. It is much larger than it appears in the pictures. It is extremely clean. It has Plasma TV, DVD players, a barbecue grill, fireplace, a great sound system with outdoor speakers by the hot tub, and a pool table......what more could you ask for? The house is located really close to Main Street and the Slopes and they have a free shuttle that picks up right there, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Very convenient way to get to the slopes each day. Every day after skiing we'd sit in the hot tub looking at the mountains listen to music, while the kids played pool and partied. It was so cool. The views are absolutely stunning, The whole group loved the house!!! We have already reserved our trip for next winter. The owner is great to work with and is extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
