Peaceful, private and spacious for the restful vacation or the funfilled adventure. Bring your golfclubs or your boat and play the famous Fall River Golf Course or enjoy the many lakes in the area.
The house has 3 bdrms. with a queen bed in each and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large with dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The pantry/laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and board and lots of room to store your provisions. The entry front room has a gueen size couch that makes into a bed for even more guests. The living room is comfortably furnished with satellite TV and DVD player. Wireless internet and telephone are also available. Lots of off street parking for multiple vehs. toys, etc., but the best part is the view when you step out of the house onto the back deck. The famous and challenging Fall River Golf Course is just over the split rail fence. Many acres of green grass, trees, a lake and mountain views-in the backyard!!!
The area has many things to see and enjoy associated with the mountains. Summer weather is warm and great while the winter can be cold but also great for duck and goose hunting. Skiing at Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just 65 miles north or you can jump the fence and play golf (on the honor system) weather permitting.
The town of Fall River Mills has restaurants, bars filled with local color, a theater, grocery store, antique and gift shops and more. The nearby town of McArthur has the Intermountain Fairgrounds where the Laborday weekend Country Fair takes place as well as other equestrian and special events through out the year. The area has much more to offer than space to describe or your time to read about it, but do not hesitate to call the owners, they will be happy to answer any questions.

About the owner: The owners live in Fall River Mills. This house has been in the family since 1984. It has been recently remodeled and updated with granite in the kitchen, new floors, tiled baths and new carpeting and paint. The back deck and screen room overlook the 11th green. It is a very peaceful, serene location. So, while waiting for your tee time, you can have your morning coffee, or bloody mary and enjoy the other golfers trying to make par.
