We are proud to offer our beautiful and pristine property for rent. This smoke-free home is perfect, absolutely spotless, fully furnished, italian tiled, with vaulted and cathedral ceilings to add to the open and flowing floorplan. Ceiling fans throughout home and of course Central A/C..at the end of a cul-de-sac, safe, quiet and no traffic..
This home is decorated like a model home, everything in perfect condition, comfortable yet very eye pleasing also. Master has King bed and private bathroom with garden tub, walk in closet, tv/dvd also. 2nd bdrm has queen bed, ceiling fan, and beautifully decorated.
3rd bdrm is a combo office/den/bedroom with a very comfortable queen pullout and additional television and desk. Living area is equipped with 32" Tv/dvd with a new Broyhill queen convertible if needed.
As you make your way out to the fully screened and private inground pool, the quiet backyard with swaying palms invites you to just relax! The private pool is surrounded in lush greenery w/new gas grill, there is no view of other homes or neighbors when relaxing poolside! If you tire of lounging in the sun on your pool float, then perhaps a trip downtown, for exciting shopping or a visit to one of the many oceanside restaurants and outdoor cafes.
Maybe you just feel like fishing by the edge of the Indian River, while watching the manatees swim by. There's always the ocean beach for a refreshing swim at Indialantic or Melbourne Beach. All of these amenities are within 6.2 miles of your pool home.
