  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. It was a little chilly but still fun to walk on the beach. My husband, children and grandchildren enjoyed riding bikes over the island. The only complaint I heard was from the men. The college basketball playoffs were going on and there was only one TV in the house! Manager responded on 4/10/2013: Sandra,Thank you for your review.   Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 adults and a toddler in our party - the house easily accommodated all of us. Large table and well-equipped kitchen set the stage for great meals. Loved the screen porch, bright rooms, plenty of parking, two outside trash bins, and easy access to beach or bike path. Owners might want to consider adding a larger fridge, but we were ENTIRELY satisfied with our stay and would whole-heartedly recommend the home to others.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, I want to say we got to the island earlier than planned, stopped at the rental office and one of the staff members was snippy, we were not asking to get in early, wanted to get are bearings. Then she realized she was being ugly and changed her tune. The rental property was not ready on time and they did give us an extra hour, even though we did not use it. They cleaned the place very fast, there was someone else's toothpaste on my faucet. They were helpful when we needed a doctor. I also want to point out that even though I lived in Charleston for many years and realize it is the south, I am not one for roaches. That was an issue. The place was big enough for all of us, and for the most part comfortable. I would rent again with a little more knowledge the next time around.

The bedrooms and convenient bathrooms for each were just what we needed for our reunion. We will definitely try to get Lolligaggin' again in the future.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THERE WAS DOG HAIR ON THE COUCHES DOWNSTAIRS AND ALSO ON THE BED SPREADS IN THE BACK UPSTAIRS BED ROOMS. UPON ARRIVAL I KILLED A BIG ROACH IN THE UP STAIRS BACK BED ROOM. I'M A DOG LOVER, AND USED TO ROACHES, SO NO BIG DEAL. HOWEVER, IF SOMEONE IS ALLERGIC TO PET HAIR IT COULD BE A PROBLEM. I HAVE A 6 BEDROOM 4.5 BATH RENTAL HOME AT LITCHFIELD BEACH (PAWLEYS ISLAND)AND I CAN'T EVEN TAKE MY BLACK LAB THERE. THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO RENT MORE THAN 30 DAYS (ONLY 2 NIGHTS) OUT. BECAUSE OF THAT POLICY CHANGE AND ALSO BECAUSE OF YOUR VERY FRIENDLY STAFF I'VE ALREADY GIVEN REFERALS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE ABOUT ATTWOOD AGENCY RENTALS. PS. NO MORE BUGS WERE FOUND DURING THE REST OF THE STAY. THANKS
