Wonderful property...arrived and found the property completely as described. Wonderful trip for our four young boys and husband and I. Would definitely go again and stay here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The Park Plaza is a home away from home. The private residences are large and very nicely decorated. The staff goes beyond the call of duty especially the concierge. Nice continental breakfast served daily. Located right next to the skating rink in Beaver Creek Village. A great place to stay!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Payment Terms: • Payment due upon booking. • Failure to make payments as due may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of any amounts paid to date. • A credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges and in lieu of a damage deposit. Confirmation: Final confirmation for your rental will be provided upon full payment. Cancellation Policy: • The amount paid is refundable if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival subject to an 20% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Club Exchange will make reasonable efforts to rebook the property but makes no guarantee. Upon rebooking the property, guest will be refunded the rebooking rental amount, which may be different from the original rental amount, less a 20% cancellation fee. • No refund will be made within 60 days of arrival if Club Exchange has not received full payment in accordance with the payment terms. • There are NO exceptions to the cancellation policy. For example, there are no refunds for issues including, but not limited to, inclement weather, travel-related issues or circumstances beyond your control. VRBO Travel insurance is highly recommended. Additional Terms: • No smoking. All properties are NO SMOKING residences. • Pets. Pets are not permitted in the property and/or the premises unless authorized in writing in advance at time of reservation. • Damage. If, during the course of my stay, I and/or my guests cause damage to the property, I agree that the credit card given to secure this rental will be charged for the cost of any necessary cleaning or repairs to restore the property to the condition in which I rented it. In the event that the credit card listed is declined, I agree to provide Club Exchange with an immediate alternate form of payment. • Maximum occupancy. You agree not to exceed the maximum number of occupants for the property per the rental agreement. If you exceed the maximum number of occupants you and any other occupants of the property may be immediately evicted. In such instance all payments for the booking will be forfeited. • No disruptive parties or gatherings. You acknowledge that the property has a policy that strictly prohibits any parties or gatherings that are disruptive in nature. If you violate this policy you and any other occupants of the property may be immediately evicted. In such instance all payments for the booking will be forfeited. • Guest Responsibilities. While there may be numerous occupants of the property, only the reserving party is required to sign the rental agreement. By signing the rental agreement you agree to be responsible for payment and all other guest responsibilities described in the agreement.
